At least in the kowloon area near Nathan Road, this is the place to be for a traditional morning Hong Kong breakfast. For starters went for both the tomato based broth as well as the tomato egg based broth. I prefer the tomato egg based for a balance of flavoring. I had the tomato egg based broth with macaroni and the tomato based with ramen. While not my typical breakfast, this was a welcomed change. It wasn’t like eating tomato paste/sauce, it was a textured broth with tomato chunks here and there. Topped off with a lemon tea, though I think the lemon teas are bit on the sweeter side.
