Tsui Wah is a chain restaurant that you’ll see around HK. Check their website for the locations. This one is the closest to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR/Chungking Mansion. Currently(Nov 2015) there is construction right in front of the restaurant, so it might be a tad tricky to find – walk through the narrow alley next to the construction zone, and you’ll see the big«TW.» We got the B breakfast(satay beef over ramen, scrambled eggs, bread with butter, hot milk tea) with a side of #2(bread with condensed milk and butter) and an extra hot milk tea, all for HK$ 67(about US$ 8.60). The star of the meal for me was the bread with butter and condensed milk. Sounds like a strange food, but it was so satisfying – tasted like honey butter on a warm, crispy, large bread roll. The satay beef ramen was fine but nothing spectacular(I’m not a huge fan of the noodle soup with meat type of HK breakfast) and the eggs and bread with butter were good. The milk tea was strong, hot, and flavorful.
