Have you been inspired by the beautifully styled homes on sites like Houzz, but find you just don’t know how to bring those design elements into your own home? That is where we come in! Simply Tangerine provides Home Décor Coaching to help make your visions a reality.

As Home Décor Coaches we take your existing furnishings and accessories and we redesign your spaces and pieces to make them look the best they can. We will coach you through the process and leave you with the confidence you need to continue redesigning your spaces well after we leave.

In addition, we provide Home Staging services for those who are selling their homes. We can help you de-​clutter and style your home to make it more desirable to the buyer’s eye! A properly staged home can help increase the selling price and get your home sold more quickly.

History

Established in 2012.

Simply Tangerine started as a lifestyle blog that encompassed all of the things we love — cooking, crafting, decorating, entertaining, and all things Do-​It-​Yourself — and what we found ourselves doing on an everyday basis. However, during this journey we discovered that while we love all of things we post about, we are truly passionate about home design and décor. Not surprisingly, we found that our top blog posts, questions, and personal requests were consistently related to home décor, home design, and painted furniture. People liked our ability to see a diamond in the rough and wanted us to help them.

Business Owner

Hello! We are Christine and Dawn and we are the women behind Simply Tangerine. For many years, we both had the desire to have our own businesses and we each dabbled in our own thing. We are both busy moms who are in love with our families, cooking, crafting, decorating, entertaining, and all things Do-​It-​Yourself, so it wasn’t unusual to find us talking about what we were working on and swapping ideas with each other. Then one night, while sipping Skinnygirl Tangerine Vodka at an event, our ideas had finally come together and Simply Tangerine was born!
