Kimberly was amazing and very professional. She came to our first meeting prepared with research on similar homes. She took the time to explain the process and answer questions. She also gave us space to discuss issues and make decisions. She and her staff were quick to respond and were on top of the listing from planning through closing. We especially appreciated the wonderful description she wrote to showcase our home to anyone browsing the Internet. Our house was only on the market for a week and she worked to get us top dollar. What can I say? Kimberly was absolutely great! This was my first home purchase and she walked me through every step! Kimberly was great and trustworthy from beginning to end. We were first time home buyers and changed our preferences multiple times throughout the process but she was patient and helpful the whole time. She was very honest and straightforward, pointing out pros and cons of properties and neighborhoods. Plus she was always responsive and professional not only to us but to everyone involved in the transaction even when they weren’t returning the same courtesy.
The townhome we ended up choosing was actually a new build but although we did not have to worry about negotiating or pricing an offer, Kimberly was a crucial person to have in our corner for the purchase. For example, we opted to use our credit union instead of the builder’s preferred lender. We had the bad luck of being assigned an inadequate loan officer from our credit union who gave us inaccurate information insinuating that our property wouldn’t be approved for a loan and caused the process to be delayed for two weeks. At this point the builder’s selling agent called to tell us we needed to choose another lender by the end of the day because «she knew for a fact it wasn’t going to work with our current lender». We were preapproved through the builder’s preferred lender plus another credit union, however we chose our own credit union because it was the best loan terms and rates for us. After feeling pushed by the seller we were ready to move on to our second choice lender, but Kimberly didn’t let that happen! She knew that we really wanted to use our own credit union so she didn’t let us give up. She had the resources and knowledge to know that it was our loan officer that was the problem, so we requested to be switched to someone else and everyone went forward and fine from there.
Bottom line is that Kimberly would’ve had a closed (and probably faster) deal if we changed lenders after being pressured, but she always had our best interests and wants in mind and didn’t let us settle for second choices. We completely trust her and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in San Diego. When the day comes years from now for us to upgrade to a house, without a doubt we will be looking to Kimberly for our real estate needs.

Even though we were rushed to find a new place, Kimberly set it up to be a pretty easy way for us to find our condo! From the beginning all the way to the end she helped us or put us in contact with people to help us get everything done. Thanks Kimberly!

Kimberley is 100% as good as it gets! She helped us in buying our first home. My husband and I pretty much knew what we wanted and we were very particular. She really listened to what we were looking for and created a client connect site that showed options. We were able to look through the available homes within our criteria and she would schedule walkthroughs at convenient times for us. We saw about 6 condos a day and found the most perfect condo on our second day out. She immediately contacted the seller and got the ball rolling. She was with us every step of the way and was super quick when responding to emails or phone calls. She negotiated our purchase cost with the seller and helped us save money. We discovered Kimberly from Unilocal,and are really happy that we selected her as our agent. She was key to helping us get our new home quickly and at a reasonable price. After initially sitting down with Kimberly, she quickly helped us whittle down what type of home we were looking for based on our preferences, future goals, price point, and location. I could not possibly recommend anyone higher than I do Kimberly. Therefore, I have given her infinite stars (each star above represents infinity% 5). Kimberly is an expert in her field but more importantly she’s an expert at getting to know her clients and keeping them informed. She always quickly responded to any question I had, no matter how minor or silly. She made numerous suggestions that helped my partner and I get our dream home. Buying a home is a overwhelming process. Add the fact that my husband and I lived on the East Coast and had less than two months to find and close on a house just elevated our stress level (well at least my wife’s!). We immediately knew finding a great real estate agent was an absolute necessity. After reading numerous glowing reviews about Kimberly on Unilocal,I checked out her website which I found super helpful in forming a better understanding about San Diego neighborhoods and what was available. After speaking to Kimberly for the first time, I knew immediately we had found an exceptional realtor. I really can’t say enough great things about Kimberly. My husband and I (first time home buyers, active duty Navy) were moving back to San Diego from Washington state and knew we wanted to buy a home. I started researching agents in the area in November and found Kimberly via Unilocal.Since I am overly diligent I did some searches beyond Unilocal and learned that she had won a few awards and donates a portion of her commissions to Big Bothers/​Big Sisters. I got in contact with her and I am so glad I did. I don’t think we were the easiest clients she’s ever worked with but Kimberly was consistently kind, helpful, and reassuring.
We did most of the home buying process from out-​of-​state (in fact, part of the time I was in Colorado while my husband was in Washington) so we really needed an agent we could trust and who would be understanding of our situation. We weren’t able to be in the area to go to every showing with her but because Kimberly is so seasoned at working with people she was able to really zero in on our preferences and style and we were able trust her opinion completely on the homes she viewed for us. We thought we had an idea of where we wanted to live but weren’t having success finding the right home in the area so Kimberly really helped us broaden our search area and consider different neighborhoods we wouldn’t have thought of without her suggestion.
When we finally found the home we wanted Kimberly really went to work. We have never worked with someone so driven and so dedicated to his or her clients. She put together a package that really sold us to the buyer — very important in such a competitive market. She guided us through the entire process and fought for us when the seller and seller’s agent were obstinate. Kimberly is so good at what she does and has worked so hard in her career that she works extremely well with other agents and can anticipate their reactions, something that was helpful in putting in our offer, negotiating repairs/​reduction in sales price and other seller concessions.
We have been in our home for a little over a month now and Kimberly still checks in on us to be sure we are happy. Kimberly genuinely cares about each of her clients and wants them to be happy in their home purchase. Kimberly is AWESOME!!! That is really all you need to know but we are going to say so much more. My husband and I were first time homebuyers. Both are huge planners, somewhat indecisive, and probably would be described as picky. Something she was upfront about and we really appreciated on both a professional and personal level.
She is also honest. She told us right away her goal for honesty and communication with her clients. She told us the more we communicated about our needs, the faster we would be able to get into a home that worked for us. She was absolutely right and if you do it, I can say that she will not waste your time showing you things you are not interested in or can’t afford. And there is no pressure to buy. She also did not make us sign a contract, something we were weary about with other agents.
Kimberly is fun-​loving, super organized, and even gave us recommendations about other home-​related things such a great inspection company to use and an electrician. Lastly, and most importantly… she works hard for you! She is a master negotiator and even though we thought so before the escrow process, she shined once we got going. Because of her negotiating skills and dedication, we were able to get our house and be considered as only bid, despite another offer coming in. She also knows how to work with people whether its other agents, sellers, or providers in the community. She is just great at what she does.

Kimberly exceeded all of our expectations and found us our dream home soon after we switched to her from our prior real estate agent (who showed us ~50 homes that we weren’t interested in). My wife and I found our dream home thanks to Kimberly. She has to be one of the greatest REAs in SD and I would not hesitate to refer her to my friends and family.
Seriously though, Kimberly is legit. We decided to change agents when we felt our previous REA was not fully understanding our wants, hoping that we find a house by sending us all sorts of properties that were clearly not in our interest. After teaming up with Kimberly, to our surprise we found our perfect home in about a week! I don’t know if you want to call it luck, but our past 9 months of searching with the other agent did not seem all that productive.

Perfect experience! From the initial consultation through the day we got the keys to our house and even weeks later Kimberly has gone above and beyond for us. This is what makes her great:
1. She really takes the time to get to know you and your goals (what you want in a house AND why you are buying a house).
2. She is upfront about what you can expect (ie you can’t buy a La Jolla mansion for 300k). She doesn’t give you false promises.
3. She is honest every step of the way. She will tell you immediately if she doesn’t think a house is right for you. She will talk you out of a bad house and when you find a better house later you’ll thank her for it. She is the opposite of someone who will rush you through the process just to get her commission.
4. She is incredibly knowledgeable about houses. She knows what to look for when viewing homes, which starts with the surrounding area. Nothing lowers home value like a bad neighborhood. I’m a reasonably intelligent 31 year old man, but I’ve never bought a home. I was very glad to have someone who has gone through this many times before to show me things I never would have known to look for, and to help me understand if something is an issue or not, or how big of an issue.
5. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the process. The home-​buying and especially escrow process can be very intimidating for a first-​timer. She will lift you up in her arms and carry you through the thickets and gently lay you down in the soft peaceful meadow that is home ownership.
6. She is very responsive. The home-​buying process is a collaborative effort. You get out what you put in and you will need to be active in your home search. Her customized searches will find you new listings every week that meet your basic criteria, but it is up to you to choose which listings to view. I would look at new listings every Monday and Tuesday and then communicate those to Kimberly for Wednesday/​Thursday showings. She always emailed me back within the hour to setup showings and she was always able to show us every house we wanted to see.
7. She is a baller. This was the constant refrain that I used anytime I described her to anyone I talked to. She will get your offers out to sellers with lightning speed. She will have you e-​sign documents to save time. She will call listing agents to find out if there are other offers on the table and she will work with them to get your offer accepted. Her reputation will help you beat out other buyers with similar offers because she can help sweeten your offer with fast inspection times and highly reputable lenders who can guarantee fast escrows. She. Is. A. Baller.
8. Last but not least — she will set you up with a great team. She referred us to a great lender who treated me like a king and got our loan done in record time. We had a 24-​day escrow but it could have been faster if I wanted it. She also set us up with a great inspector who went above and beyond and saved us some serious money. Through the lender I got hooked up with a great home-​owners insurance agent with a rate that was several hundred bucks lower than the next guy.
