Most of its customers are long term steady customers who rely on Diablo Valley Carpet Care to clean the carpets in their homes once or twice a year. Some of the company’s customers have been with them over 20 years.
Diablo Valley Carpet Care gets most of its business by referrals. Some of their customers now are the children of some of their early customers. Mr. Eckstein does every single job himself, with the assistance of one helper, so customers can always depend on getting a quality job from an experienced carpet cleaner.
