Milburn Flooring Solutions

Like the previous reviewer, I appreciated the shopping Mr. Milburn did for me. He found tiles for the bathroom and carpet as well, coming to my house about 3 times. They were just installed. Prices were reasonable and comparable to other bids. So far I am very happy with his work.

it’s wonderfully convenient that bert comes to your home with samples that you can actually place in your house and see how it looks — this saved us a lot of time and helped up pick just the right color of carpet.
however, the warranty on installation and product is only one year. we had wall to wall carpeting laid 4 years ago. it is now bunching up in several rooms. i called the installer bert used and he said it was probably the carpet itself. so i called bert and he said it must be the carpet cleaning (2 of the rooms have not been cleaned because they are infrequently used) or humidity in the house. the previous carpet had been here for years and years with no problem, and i have been in apartments that have had carpets more years than i care to think of with no such problem. i don’t know if the problem was the installation of the carpet but we will not use milburn again.
