Mike Williams has fixed our leaks, replace a toilet, unclogged our toilets, fix our shower heads and replaced our kitchen sink faucet. I would recommend him. He does a good job. Sometimes he comes with an assistant, Charlie, who also done good work.

Mike Williams Plumbing has serviced my plumbing problems since 2000. He is an honest, local businessman who does quality work at a reasonable price. Recently, Mike and Charlie Smith came on a Saturday morning (Easter weekend) to fix a major drain pipe breakage in our crawl space. Charlie completed the work perfectly and re-​seated (replaced the wax seal) a toilet while he was here. I recommend Mike Williams Plumbing (Walnut Creek) wo reservation!

We had a leak in the water line from the meter at the street to our house (approx 100 feet). Because the line was plastic with no tracer wire, several plumbers either refused to look for the leak or wanted to charge thousands of dollars to basically dig up the whole yard. Mike first came out and did some research, then sent his associate Charlie along with his «leak detection» specialist to find and repair it. Steve found the leak within 15 minutes and Charlie had it completely repaired a couple hours later. These guys are good!

I had a leak at the main line leading to my town house. I had a four plumbers give me an estimate… and they were incredibly disparate. One plumber stated that the line leading to the house had to be replaced and he had dig out the old line. The cost was in the neighborhood of $ 25K! The other plumber wouldn’t give me quote, but told me his hourly rate with a $ 500 minimum. Mike looked at it for about a minute and said the lead was at the main line… which he fixed for $ 180! Amazing…

I used Mike Williams Plumbing Service on a recommendation by a friend. I think that maybe if Mike came out to fix my leaks it would have gone better. Antonio was sent to fix leaky faucets in the bathroom.
He came and left for an hour to get the parts then he returned and fixed the faucets quickly. However, after he left the faucets started leaking again and I called to have him come back — he told me he was busy and «might» be able to come back tomorrow (Friday) or next week! He never came back. I had to hire another plumber to come and fix Antonio’s mistakes!

Mike is fantastic! He saved the day, he came out on his day off and solved a very difficult problem. He has been our plumber for 9 years and fixed what other people had worked on, but they weren’t able to fix. Does a great job!

The team’s service was excellent and the level of flexibility in schedule and timing was top-​notch! I used Mike’s plumbing services based on a recommendation. My usual plumber that I use was not available. He repaired the leak & his bill was reasonable. The leak was not fixed & he was called back. He claims there were multiple leaks. Didn’t ask for another estimate. When I got the bill, he hadcharged me over double the amount that he charged me to first the first leak. OMG — it was over double the charge!
Yep — got ripped off. I should have asked what the estimate would be to fix the other leak. Of course, I couldn’t figure out why he couldn’t have found all the leaks & fixed them the first place. He claims that couldn’t have been done & even if he found them all the first time, the cost would have been the same.
I won’t be using his services as he could have called me on the second visit and advise of the estimate, as would any professional.
