I would with out a doubt recommend anyone to this company. Not only are they great with customer service but they also are very helpful to the community by contributing to the local Teen Challenge with a project on our staff housing which will touch the lives of multiple people now and in the future.

We used Fleurys for our new townhouse. They put in hardwood floors, and tile in three bathrooms. They did a great job from start to finish. From the selection process to the measuring to the install everything went like clockwork. Fleurys was very friendly, professional, and efficient. Everything looks really great! They finished the job on time as they promised, and cleaned up everything. It was a joy to work with everyone there!

Al, Kimberlee, Oscar, and both co workers are all very nice people. Easy to work with. Project went smoothly and as scheduled. The two helpers were both just nice guys, cleaned area so well. Oscar is a skilled craftsmen and even did a little extra for me. Very nice company that I would use again.

REALLY HAPPY with the gorgeous carpet we purchased several years ago! When we told the staff at Fleury’s what we were looking for, they recommended a company, Moda, in southern CA who does custom colors. They reproduced the color of my sweatshirt perfectly (a stunning blue with some green)!
We were thrilled when installed and have been ever since… easy to care for, cleans wonderfully well and is heavenly to walk on.
Last Saturday we brought in some remnants to have small runners made and we were truly shocked that they remembered us and where we lived! A family company that is run very well.

The team here did a wonderful job! From quote to the finish work, Fluery’s Flooring was easy to work with. I was pleased with the finished work and impressed with the installer’s attention to details. Looking forward with future projects with them.

Very happy with my new carpet, great customer service and price I received from Kimberlee and Al. Kimberlee and Al, Thank you… I walked into the shop and met with Kimberlee. No pressure sales talk. She told me the first thing is to select the carpet I want. All I knew is that I wanted high end quality carpet with a great price and hassle free service. She showed me the most popular colors and designs. During that process I really liked Montecito style carpet made by Moda. Now the next step was to select the colors. She gave me few samples which I brought home and showed to my kids and wife and we ended up selecting our color. Kimberlee then ordered bigger samples from the Moda carpet mill and few other darker and lighter colors to be absolutely sure on the color. Al then came over to measure. For my stairs he recommended Hollywood style which I had no idea even existed. The stairs look awesome! Al worked with my schedule to have the installation done on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Installers were great. They arrived on time, moved all the furniture and other big items. As promised, the whole job was done in 3 days. They installed 318 yards or 2862 sq.ft. carpet in 5 bedrooms, family room, living room, and hallways. I highly recommend Al and KImberlee Fleury. Make sure you visit them before you make your final decision.

New carpet happiness! It had been way overdue and I was dreading the process, but it was much better than expected. We went to Fleury’s through a word-​of-​mouth review and Unilocal.They have been in business for years and are family-​run. We stopped in and Kimberlee asked what we wanted and more importantly what we could afford. She showed us different stuff and asked questions along the way (family, pets, etc.). Then they measured, quoted and we set it up. Their crew during the tear-​down, small floor repair, and installation were very professional and friendly. It looks great and makes us feel like we have a new house.

We had carpets installed in four rooms yesterday. We’re very happy with the results.

Just got their new pet friendly carpet installed — excellent so far. Great shop, family-​owned and been there for years. The service is the best in the Bay Area. I was also impressed by their range of selection — f The whole range of prices. Say hi to Al if you’re there, he’s the greatest.

We recently bought a fixer-​upper that was in desperate need of new floors. We wanted to get the floors in before we moved our furniture in, but we had only two weeks until we had to be out of our rental house, so the deadline was super tight. Patrick at Fleury worked with us to make sure the job got done on time, and the result is GORGEOUS! We went with a plank vinyl downstairs and carpet upstairs, and both look amazing! I could not be happier with the results, and the installation team worked tirelessly to make sure it got done on time. The results are professional and beautiful, and the team at Fleury is awesome to work with! Highly recommend!

Fleury flooring has done my new floors and carpeting in my home. Recently we had the entire redone with hardwood. I can’t recommend them highly enough! No glitches at all. Professional service and installation.

We had all our carpet replaced last week. Working with Al Fleury and his team was a pleasure. The installers were very professional and did a great job. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend them. We also feel good about supporting a family owned, local business.

Can’t say enough good stuff about this family-​owned business and I’m so glad we didn’t use some big-​box store after what happened. The owner, Al, was great.
We went to put hardwood floors in our new house, but Al’s guys found major, unknown pet damage to our subfloors when they pulled up the carpet. Instead of going right over it, like some big-​box store sub-​contractor probably would have, Al stopped all work and encouraged me to get it restored. Al put the whole thing on hold while a major restoration was done, and re-​scheduled around the restoration. Once the restoration was done, Al got his crew back out quickly to get the job done. He personally came by several times during this process to check the progress and follow up. He even called contacts he had made over his many years in the floor business to research how to have the problem restored.
I know we absolutely caused havoc with his work schedule, and he did a whole bunch of stuff outside the scope of his responsibility, but Al still came in right at his original quote and the floors look great.

My husband and I bought a new home in Walnut Creek, and the only thing that needed to be done before we moved in was to replace the carpets. We shopped around a bit and decided on Fleury’s because of their superior pricing and the service we received from Al and his son in helping to select our new floors. Boy, are we glad we did.
We were very excited to move in to the house and were on a tight timeline with the movers. After working with Al on the details (I’m glossing over quite a bit here, but should definitely mention that throughout the entire process Al was extremely proactive and responsive), we received the keys to our house on a Tuesday, and Al and his installation team were onsite first thing on Wednesday. By end of day Friday, we had 4 beautifully carpeted new bedrooms and brand new hardwood floors in the office.
Oh, and those details and the new hardwood floors I mentioned? We needed the office to match the hardwood floors in the rest of the house. There were a few boxes of the original flooring left from the previous owners, so we thought it’d be easy to just order a couple more boxes of the same stuff and have that installed. Al looked into it and found out the style we had was discontinued. Bummer! Luckily for us, Al was able to find a match from another manufacturer and rush ordered it so it’d be ready for installation the day after we closed.
My husband and I have high expectations for service and quality, and we are really thrilled with Fleury’s and the job they did. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted when we started the carpet selection process, but I absolutely love the carpet we chose (based on Fleury’s recommendations). I’ve had so many guests comment on how soft it is and how great it looks. My husband is so pleased with his new office, they did a flawless job at matching the hardwood. And all of the floors were installed perfectly!

If you have owned rental property, you know that you want flooring that will stand up to wear and tear and will still be good looking and nice for the tenants. This is where you especially want experts in flooring. You want people that understand about the fibers and other characteristics that help you decide what is best for each need and circumstance.
This is where Kimberlee and Al Fleury come in. Not only do they have the knowledge after 30 years in this business, but they are so personable and provide customer service that others in this business would do well to emulate (but don’t).
We know that you will NOT be disappointed and it is so refreshing to find business owners that really listen and care about their customers. We will go back to Fleury’s Floor Covering again for our next flooring need.

They just finished installing a nylon berber in my house in Pleasant Hill. I’m very pleased with the pricing and the installers were excellent. THey left the house clean and hauled off all the old carpet and clippings. Al and Kimberlee kept me informed and worked around my work schedule too.
