Custom Touch Electric is a residential home services contractor. We service everything in a home that has electricity. We specialize in basic service calls, and we excel in Remodels and New Home Construction. We are a family based business out of Fallbrook, CA and we service all of North County San Diego.

Jason Ewig got his start in the electrical business at the age of 12 years old with his Dad’s construction business while growing up in Wisconsin. Shortly after a 6 year career in the U.S. Marine Corp, Jason met his wife, Tracy in 1997 and in 2002 started up Custom Touch Electric to meet the needs of their growing family. While there are many aspects to the electrical construction business, Jason specializes in lighting design of homes. Custom Touch has made it’s reputation on providing fair, reasonably priced, and expedient service to their customers.

Hire these guys… I did and I am glad I did. Shawn was right on time, very courteous… a few minutes later Jason arrived. They reviewed their pricing w/​me, no hidden fees and got a difficult trouble shooting job done quickly. In addition, I had some telephone issues and Jason offered to take a look at it. BTW, I have had Comcast out to fix my phone 5 times w/​no resolution. W/​in 30 minutes Jason had it re-​wired and fixed. These guys are the real deal. Hire them and you will be happy you did.

I needed an electrical box installed above my fireplace and gave Custom Touch Electric a call. Jason answered right away and we set an appointment for a few days later. Jason and his assistant arrive right on time and after taking a quick look around gave me a quote and were able to do the work right away! I was VERY happy with the service I received. We just moved into our house and have other lighting/​electric things we need work on and we will definitely be using Custom Touch Electric again! Thank you for your hard work!

This week we had Custom Touch install two ceiling fans in our home. The technician was prompt, friendly, professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and efficiently and no mess was left behind during their stay. The job was a bit complicated because of some previous work done by another contractor but Jason and Shawn stayed until all was working well. We will definitely call on them again for our electrical needs and will gladly refer them to our neighbors.

Jason and his team at Custom Touch Electric did a number of electrical fixes to our aging home. When it was time to install solar there is no one else I would want to call. He gives very fair upfront pricing (which never got «adjusted»), showed up when he said they would and did the work requested with no problems or issues. The work was always done efficiently and the crew was friendly and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better Electrician.

Really great service today from Custom Touch Electric. I needed a relatively simple fan installation on a high ceiling, and the day after I contacted them, the electrician showed up on time and ready to rock. Fair prices, not cheap, not expensive, and straightforward and friendly service. I’ll definitely call them again the next time we need electrical work done.

We had Custom Touch hard wire our TVs and computers for the internet and could not be more pleased. The quality of the work was outstanding, everyone was extremely pleasant, and Justin went beyond the call of duty in making sure everything worked satisfactorily, even though it took him far longer than he had estimated. A first class company that I can definitely recommend and shall use again.

The worst experience!!!
He visited our home and began with an unwarranted arrogance.
After walking our yard he pulled out his «pricing manual» and simple stated «These are our prices.» OK; no problem. We set a date and time to do the work.
Not only did he NEVER show up, he NEVER even had the courtesy to return my numerous phone calls stating that «I am talking off work waiting for you to arrive.» I finally canceled our appointment; he still NEVER returned my call.
What a JERK!!! He leaves customers waiting!!! Never returns call!!!
I shutter to imagine what would have happened if he had done the work and I had a problem and called him or warranty work!!!
Guess I’m fortunate he NEVER showed up.

I had a last minute electrical project come up. Found Jason with Custom Touch on Unilocal and gave him a call. He answered the phone right away and he agreed to come over the next day. He was prompt, courteous, assessed my needs and gave me thorough advice. His straight forward pricing structure was excellent; taking the guess work out of the cost of the project which was a relief. He actually came back the same day and completed the project! He and his crew were courteous, professional and left my place spotless. If you have electrical work that needs to be done, call Jason and Custom Touch Electric. He will be my go-​to electrical professional going forward! You won’t be sorry!
