History

Established in 2007.

HAVE Electric was founded by an exceptional installer by the name of Steven Hernandez.

Steven; Owner/​operator of HAVE Electric, has been in the Electrical/​AV field since the year 2000. He worked for several very established companies in the San Diego area. Working in the field he realized and was assured by clients that he had what it takes to start a successful company of his own. He had already excelled in the field as a high end electrician working at a Journeyman level within the first year of his apprenticeship.

Steven started his first business (Superior Connections) In 2005 only 5 years after getting his feet wet in the industry. This initial endeavor was mainly a high end residential audio video company. Steven then decided to change the name of his company to incorporate his electrical back ground which became HAVE Electric. Why «HAVE»? It stands for Home, Audio, Video, and Electrical.

Steven has been working in this industry since the year 2000 with a number of high-​end installation companies around San Diego county. He is an experienced journeyman electrician who strives to provide the best experience for his customers. Steven’s #1 priority is customer service and total satisfaction. He always maintains great communication and relationships with his customers long after the installation is complete.

Steven is quite the perfectionist which ultimately led him to start his own company. He found that working under someone else he was not able to offer clients the customer service they were looking for and deserved. He set out to offer a better experience for his clients and to set a new level of customer service in the industry.
