I started as a contractor and have built this business from the ground up by taking care of my customers like they are a member of my own family.

We hired 1−800-any-tyme to unclog our drain system for our backyard pavers. The two gentlemen that arrived were very polite and respectful, which is the only reason this wasn’t a one star rating. However, it became quickly evident that they were not very knowledgable nor did they come prepared with a proper set of tools. After 2 hours of trying they were unable to unclog the drains. But worst yet they got their hose stuck in the drain system. Since they didn’t have the proper tools on hand they had to cut the hose and leave it stuck in the pipes. The company sent a replacement crew about 4 hours later to attempt to remove the hose. Not only did they fail, but they also managed to crack the pavers surrounding the drain and left one of the downspouts completely in shambles. This occurred while we weren’t present and we received no call after the second crew left explaining status or any of the damage. So we called them but the company still hasn’t returned our call explaining the damage or next steps to correcting the stuck hose. I will update this post once the issue is finally resolved in hopes the company may redeem themselves. But regardless I would not recommend this company.
***12/​23 Update***
Benny came out today and corrected most of the issues that the second crew left behind. He has committed to fixing the last bit with the damaged pavers after Christmas. Once again he was very respectful and polite. This time was better equipped as he had a camera we were able to use to troubleshoot why the hose was stuck. Which ultimately led to dislodging the stuck hose and determine root cause for the clog. I have updated this review from a 2 to a 3.

I HAVE ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY. The work was performed on 23 Oct 2015. My issue was not with Benny who came out to do the work, it was Tony, the individual who prices out the work. I was also told that they would look at how I was charged and someone would get back to me, did not happen, they are probably out there over charging someone else right now. The experience made me sick that a company would lie about a bill. I still do not trust the price of the main job that was quoted. I was initially quoted $ 2,151 for the entire job after my military discount, that entailed digging down to my septic tank, getting it pumped and installing a clean-​out and risers to make it easy next time pumping is required. After the tank was pumped Tony called Benny (who was doing the work) and said the septic company charged them $ 900 to pump the septic tank and 1 – 800 anytime would be willing to split the extra cost in half and I would be required to pay an additional $ 236 which I did. I left Tony messages concerning this, he referred me to the financial office. I called Honeybee (pumping company) myself to get the receipt for the pumping as I had never known a septic tank to cost that much. Honeybee sent me the invoice — the tank pumping only cost $ 410, not $ 900 as was claimed by 1 – 800 anytime. I called the office to report I caught them overcharging me and they rapidly refunded the extra charge. I busted them. 1 – 800 anytime straight out lied to me. I am writing this because if they did it to me, they will do it to you. I’ll bet they won’t get back to me about the initial quote either. The people that come out to do the work are very knowledgeable and do good work. For quotes and anything concerning money — I would not trust this company in their billing practices… Maybe I’ll post my experience on Facebook so more people will know about this company.

My bathtub drain backed up on Wednesday and I called 1−800-Any-Tyme to have a tech come out and diagnose and repair my drain. The tech showed up and ran a snake cable through my drain but it didn’t find the problem. The tech told me he doesn’t specialize in drain repair and called another plumber that showed up 4 hours later and he did the same thing the first tech did and told me he didn’t have the right tools to repair drainage issue. He gave me his card and told me to call him on his cell phone the next day. After I got off work early the next day I called him at 12:30. He didn’t answer, I left a message tell him to come over «anytyme» after 2pm. At about 3pmish I called his cell again, no answer and again called his cell at 5pm, again no answer. I still to this day have not received a call back. I called the company at 5:15pm and the person told me all techs are currently at jobsites but they would get a plumber out right away. At 3:30am I called and asked what the hold up was. The person looked me up and had no explanation.
We called a new company.
When the new pluming company came out they showed us with their camera how the 1 – 800 Anytime plumbers actually used too large of a cable and it broke off in the pipes causing a bigger problem! No wonder they didn’t return or answer our calls they damaged our pipes. They cost us $ 2500. They had cut into our wall, cut out that area of the pipe and replace it all because of a clogged drained.
Update: The President of the 1 800 anytyme company reached out to us and apologized for their service. We appreciate them taking responsibility for their wrong doing. He is working with us to partly reimburse us for our work we had to have done.

These guys are great. My water heater gave out late Saturday. It was under warranty and they came and replaced it quickly. They worked with me over the weekend to ensure I would have my replacement ready and installed Monday morning. Very professional.

I just want to thank Celly and the entire 1800Anytime team for their professionalism and diligence in helping me work through the frustrations of dealing with my utility company and in assisting me with restoring power within 5 days instead of the quoted 5 months per SDGE! The whole team was incredibly friendly, kind and thorough! I am especially grateful to Celly for the myriad of phone calls and follow ups he had to make on my behalf, as well as to Mario my awesome electrician, for his kindness, responsiveness and skill! This is the second time we used 1−800-any-tyme for our plumbing needs. My 83 year old mother bought an pull faucet for her kitchen to replace te defective one she bought a few months ago. We should have called any-​tyme to install in the first place. They came within an hour of calling them and took an hour to do the job correctly. They gave us the daily discount and they left the place clean and Tony Perez and co-​worker was friendly and respectful. I will be calling them to install a new toilet next month. I could have had another outfit do it for $ 100 cheaper but I know their work is good and guaranteed so it was worth the extra to pay put. You get what you pay for, right?

I waited a couple weeks with a few hot days before I rated the AC service I received and the AC is running great. Thank you Adrian for prompt quality service. I first called when SD was having a rare hot spell and had to understandably wait my turn. I will kept informed when the tech would arrive and when Adrian arrived he figured out what was broken, quickly returned with the parts needed and by early afternoon the house had the AC running. This time the fan motor was burnt out and with the new motor installed the AC runs quieter.

Worked with Scott but all the guys at Anytime do a great job. From the quote to the finish they were always willing to explain and answer any questions along the way. Always came to the job in great spirits and with a fun sense of humor. When they completed their were a couple of follow up items I asked them to do. They came that same day and completed those, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Adrian came and saved the day! It was 90 degrees up in Esco and my AC unit went out. I called any-​time and the dispatches Adrian out in less than 20 minutes. He showed up and did the repair so quickly! Very happy with how professional he was and his quick efficient service. He also gave me a card for any future repairs!

Tony was on time and very informative and explained things clearly and gave me a few options on the repairs to choose from. Once we decided on the repairs he called and made arrangements for two men to come out to do the repairs. Mario and another young man came out within the hour. Tony said they should be getting finished at around 4, well they were done at 2:15 and made sure I was happy with the work and the water pressure before they left. The work area was clean and neat when they left, I will definitely use this company again and refer them to people! Thank you 1800Anytyme!

Five stars for Adrian Morales; one star for Nate and my original AnyTyme installer.
In July of 2014 I spent over $ 10,000 for AnyTyme to install new furnace and air conditioning units in my home.
In January of 2015 I discovered that the tape holding my home air intake to the unit had come off, so both hot and cold air had been blowing mostly into my attic for weeks to months. I called AnyTyme, and Nate, their HVAC tech, came out and retaped it under warranty.
In May of 2015 I had an independent home energy survey and inspection. The inspector found that the tape had once again come loose, and he informed me that it was a shoddy installation, that no reputable company would have installed a unit in this manner. The home plenum should be bolted to the furnace/​AC unit, and the drip line should be at an angle to prevent water accumulation. I again called Anytyme.
Adrian Morales from AnyTyme arrived the same day. He told me that Nate is no longer with the company, and he proceeded to fix the intake properly, bolting the plenum to the unit and using tape only to provide a final seal. He did a good job and was very professional, apologizing for the earlier poor workmanship.
Adrian did a great job, and I’d recommend him to others. However, AnyTyme did the original installation, and Nate did a slipshod repair. I have a hard time recommending a company whose quality control allows this to happen.

I needed re gassing of my Aircon as it wouldn’t get cooler. I knew that I didn’t have an issue with the actual unit since it was replaces last year.
I looked through Unilocal over the labour day weekend and called a few places. Some didn’t pick up, some flat out said that they were too busy.
Then I hit jackpot with 1800 anytime. The guy on the phone was professional and courtious. They also said they can come by in the next two days. I immediatly made my appointment.
On the day of, they gave me a call to say an earlier appointment was avaliable. I took it.
Nate showed up exactly at the time slot that they said, was professional yet friendly. Asked me a few questions on what the problem was and off he went investigating the issue. I told him it was just regassing, but he went out of his way to make sure it was. Also pointed out that I could potentially claim warranty too if I choose to do so.
I just wanted it fixed, so he went ahead.
All in all, it took around 40min.
He also gave me a run down of all the options/​cost, and recommended the cheaper one.

We had used Any Tyme in the past, so we called them for a recent leak we had in the wall. it was a Sat. Evening when I called and was told the person «On Call» would call me back. no call all night. I shut off the water so it was no longer an «emergency». My wife called 4 times on Sunday, the first two times not able to get through, the next time the call dropped after a short conversation, then the fourth time she is certain she was hung up on! WOW… Not the type of service we have had in our prior experiences… We were able to find another local company to come out right away and fix our issue.

The unfortunate news was, my water heater blew while I was out of town just days before Thanksgiving… The good news is, I was lucky enough to call the folks at Anytyme, since they came out and got it fixed… They were so quick and professional that getting a new water heater installed seemed like clockwork! They also worked well with the flood damage folks and coordinated everything so I just benefited from their great work. Nate and Adriane were great and explained what went wrong with the heater and what was necessary to fix it. Great job to the guy (Celly) in the office who booked and coordinated the appointments, and helped me understand the way my insurance company, and the flood damage company played into the repair. Thanks for all the extra help you gave me. I definitely recommend Anytyme.

Nate and Celly did a great job for me and saved our family from making a huuuge mistake.
We’re looking for a house to buy and as a first time home buyer i don’t have much experience. We found a house that seemed to be a good investment, but initial inspection showed that AC is old and under-​powered.
Celly scheduled me for the next day and managed to find a window that was just perfect, since i also had roof inspector on site. He gave a call 2 hrs in advance saying that tech could be running late by 15 – 30 mins and i was able to adjust the plans. Nate showed up even earlier than expected, went straight to AC/​furnace compartment, detected carbon monoxide leak and immediately red-​tagged the furnace. Then he explained why AC should be replaced with the furnace and in 10 minutes came back with detailed estimates that could be used to negotiate credit on this house.
Long story short, i decided not to buy the house and Nate saved my rear from making a stupid, costly purchase.

Points 1 and 2 gave me the greatest level of grief and concern. I waited a week for a part. The day I called they said they were sending a person to LA to pick up the part,
and would arrive later that day; did not arrive, did not have the part. Start the process all over again; The price now increased — as they said they would have to go to LA (But I thought you did that already? Nope). Price when from $ 89.00 to ~ $ 1200. What ?
I dis-​missed them and brought in a new plumber. Problem solved for $ 69.00
