I’m a contractor and have sent countless customers here and EVERY customer that has done business here have been extremely satisfied as well. The sales guys are very informative and friendly. We decided to expand our hardwood floors into other areas of our home. Conejo Hardwoods was listed by the manufacturer as carrying that particular line, so I didn’t think I had a lot of options when I contracted with them. I feel so fortunate to have had these floors installed by this company. The quality of work, professionalism, and attention to detail is unlike anything I’ve seen from any contractors before. It was truly phenomenal. They moved my furniture including appliances, they masked absolutely everything (including photos on the walls), they ground and leveled the slab, they worked long and hard and then moved the furniture back after adding felt to the furniture feet!!! Truly above and beyond.

I work for my father who is a contractor. He’s extremely busy so I run errands for him and find products he needs. It’s difficult because he doesn’t really ever know exactly what he needs. Understandably, I called near 15 companies to see if they carried a specific handrail part. Every company was out of stock and told me I wouldn’t be able to get one for 2 – 4 weeks. The job was being held up because of inspections and the handrail was crucial to allow further work. We needed it in no less than 5 days, any more and there would be serious rescheduling needed.
I finally reached Conejo Hardwoods on my dad’s list of possible companies that might carry the handrail parts. I spoke with Jay and he said he didn’t carry that exact company but there was a company that makes identical parts. They were only 3 days out and Jay told me he would call me when they arrived.
3 days later I picked up the pieces, it was raining so they wrapped it in plastic to keep it dry. The pieces were perfect and fit wonderfully.
Last Monday I called again to order another piece and I got another call from Jay letting me know that the pieces are in. Truly, the only fault I’ve found is that Conejo is much to far away. I would request they open another shop closer to me but only if Jay moved along with them!

I cannot say enough great things about this company!!! Everyone at Conejo is super helpful in every aspect of whatever you may be working on. From suggestions of material and design options to simply loading your truck, they are ready and willing to help with any job no matter how large or small. They are a one stop shop and there is no need to go anywhere else!

I worked very closely with Francisco on my home remodel. He walked me through all the specifics of their flooring options (there are a lot), the color options and what is best for my home, especially having dogs and eventually turning the house into a rental. I then was on the hunt for my fireplace tile… I never thought they would have exactly what I was looking for but the minute I explained what I needed Francisco knew exactly what tile to order. Throughout the install he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth. I would highly recommend Conejo Hardwoods to anyone looking for a very helpful partner in your remodel.

Place is great! All the staff is great and very helpful. One stop shop for all my fine woodworking needs! Justin and Jay at the front desk are extremely knowledgable and super helpful!!! 5 out of 5 no doubt! Great place to go for any of your wood, tile and hardwood flooring needs.

We could not be more pleased with the service and quality of products we received from Conejo Hardwoods & Stone. We went in on a Sunday and were assisted by Francisco who was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Within an hour we had selected materials for a master remodel and we were promised the materials by Wednesday.
In the process of ordering the materials with his warehouse, it was determined that one of our selections was discontinued. Francisco went above and beyond to find a comparable product for us that would still be available within our timeline. Not only did he come through, but he surpassed our expectations and ended up putting together a beautiful palette for us to select from. We went slightly off of our original order, but the results are amazing.
We are having the tile installed this week, so I will update my post with photos when complete. I could not be happier with the experience and would not hesitate to use them for any of our flooring needs. I highly recommend Conejo Hardwoods & Stone.

Currently working with Francisco to provide consultation for our Master Bathroom redesign. I cant say enough positive things about his in depth product knowledge and artistic design experience. In one word outstanding, I would highly recommend work with this company and Francisco for you most difficult project.

I was so grateful to come across Conejo Hardwood. I had at least 4 different companies out to give me estimates and none of them were as knowledgeable and forthright as Conejo Hardwood. I had a difficult time choosing my floor color and Francisco was wonderful about helping me choose just the right wood for my home. He has a great eye for design and is very knowledgeable about both wood as well as tile/​stone. Francisco was patient and didn’t try to «sell» me even though I came back to the store at least 5 – 6 times before I finally decided to move forward on the project. The crew that did the installation was wonderful and very respectful of our home. At first their prices might seem higher than other companies, but when you take into account the other «extras» that other companies don’t add in their bids, such as hauling away the carpet, baseboard removal, etc., the price became very comparable and the quality was MUCH better. I would highly recommend Conejo Hardwood.

Conejo hardwoods is my first choice for interior moulding and hardwoods. I can find a wide variety of moulding profiles and exotic hardwoods in stock. They also have a multitude of sheet goods. The staff is very knowledgeable and will take the time to get you the best product for your project.

We shopped all over for the perfect floor and we not only got that, but we got incredible service! Francisco was very knowledgable and helped us pick out our flooring, and the installers were top notch! My husband is very meticulous and even he was impressed by the skills of Feliciano and his crew of installers. If we ever need more flooring, we won’t go anywhere other than Conejo Hardwoods & Stone. THANK YOU for everything! We are so happy with the floor and the experience!

Until we found CONEJO, My husband & I had been looking for wood floors for over 1-​year & have been disappointed with the lack of knowledge & customer service in the area.
We recently discovered this gem while looking for base boards (way lower prices than Home Depot, about ½!!!) & stumbled into the flooring department… The wood selection is amazing!!! Richard and Fernando took the time to not just show us what will likely be our final choice (VILLA BLANCA «RIOJA» — this floor is a dreeeeam) but they also took the time to break down the realistic cost of doing the job right.
When we get our monies together, we are absolutely going back to Conejo!!!

Conejo staff was very courteous, Francisco was my «go to guy» for flooring information and guided my wife and I to alternatives and ultimately our selection. We would definitely purchase materials at Conejo Hardwood and Stone again. Great selection and knowledge!

Totally agree with two other comments. I contacted Conejo Hardwood Floors on Thursday at 9. I was told Francisco would call me back as he was with a client. Finally round 3pm I got a call back and I wasn’t home. I called him back and didn’t receive a returned call until Today Friday.
I was informed how busy he was and how soon did I need the job done. I was then informed that his crew was booked through November. December might be workable!!!
To me it was because I was a woman.
Not someone I would want go do business with.
Plus if they are that small and can’t do more than a few jobs who needs them?
The funny thing is I own several houses so they just lost a very big customer.
Note to the owner, get someone better than Francisco with phone and better people skills.
This man is VERY snooty and is costing you business. Agoura us a small area and everyone shares good business’s.

Francisco is AMAZING!!! He addressed all of my questions and concerns and was extremely patient with me in my decision making. He provided me with a lot of options for flooring and he assisted me from start to finish. My floors are currently being installed and the guys are great! Such quality workmanship. I highly recommend Conejo Hardwoods!

So I have to tell you that the initial service we received was awesome. Francisco is very helpful and knowledgable. We scheduled a time to have someone come to the house and measure to have hardwood installed on our 2^nd floor. They showed up on time and measured the area and informed us they would be sending us a quote. This is where it started to go downhill. It has been 9 days since then and we have not received our quote. We even went into the the store 2 days ago to return the samples and we were told they had our file and would be sending it over.
As far as Francisco I would definitely recommend people go see him. He is extremely knowledgable and helped us pick a hardwood that would fit our house and needs. I can’t comment on the installation as we never even got the quote. We have since decided to go with another company.

The employees at Conejo Hardwoods are all rock stars. We purchased all of the materials for our house from Roth. He was VERY helpful and knowledgeable with my wife and I. He spent a few hours with us, helping us pick the stone for the bathrooms, hardwood flooring, baseboards, interior doors, reclaimed wood for the front of our house and shelving and even butcher block for the extra large kitchen cutting board. The process was seamless, even the delivery crew was very helpful. We will continue to purchase from Conejo and will be life long clients.

I recently purchased some walnut slabs from this place. coming into the shop is pretty overwhelming because they have so much inventory, but within 10 seconds I was being helped by the shop owner Roth Johnson who took the time to show me the different styles, sizes and types of wood he had for my project (dining room table). After spending 30 minutes with me I ended up buying.
Then to top it off Roth put me in touch with the cabinet shop next door to have them help glue the pieces together and sand them.
Conejo Hardwood and Stone went the extra mile for me and I appreciate it.

Rude and disrespectful. Is it because I am a woman? Good luck getting a phone call back or even an email after numerous messages. Trying to get a price from these obnoxious clowns (Richard, I mean YOU) is a joke. Given different prices, depending on whom I speak to. Then my contractor calls (without saying who he is working for) and RICHARD, (again– unreal) starts explaining that if has to spend ½ hour of his time «explaining hardwood flooring» to someone’s client, that it isn’t really worth it. AND, that my contractor could «babysit» his client (me) if he wanted to. What a JERK. I wouldn’t buy a nail from these boys. This is my 10^th remodel and my first and last time ever going into this store.

Good prices and Good quality of baseboards, casing, and crown molding.
