As a result, you may obtain first hand floor products, instead of going through the series of importers, distributors, retail stores, managers, salesperson, contractors, subcontractors, installers. For example, a high quality engineered wood floor shall be 9/​16″ thick to offer strongest weight support and wearing and tearing tolerance. If you go through such a long supply chain, the engineered wood floor finally reached at your home might be only 3/​8″ thick for the same price or even higher. Frank has more than 10 years flooring business experiences. He have been in charging big commercial flooring projects including Gap, Banana Republic, Coach, Limited, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, Body Bath Works, Express, Ann Taylor, Guess, Abercrombie & Fitch etc. Frank also worked for Lowe’s and the Great Indoors as independent flooring contractor for many years. He has successfully sold, and been in charge of, thousands of residential flooring projects. He is very knowledgeable at every aspects of flooring industry and very nice person as well.

I can’t say enough about Frank the owner and his crew. I am a very particular home owner and live in a larger house. My project consisted of 2700 square feet of wood including stairs (16 stairs) and closets but excluded bathrooms and my kitchen. Needless to say, a fairly good size project. Frank came to my house with a truck load of samples and told me exactly what he was going to do for my project. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me a quote that was very competitive and included a number of extras that were part of the price. I hired Frank and his crew finished in 7 straight days. An immaculate job with no flaws. I can’t be more pleased with the outcome. One comment, Frank and his crew are of Asian descent so it might be a little surprise to see an Asian contracting team. But I have to tell you, they brought their Asian professionalism and work ethics and I never worried about not being home when they were working alone in my house.

I just came home to my newly installed laminate staircase, and I am thrilled! I met with Frank on Sunday, and since my job was small, he was able to do my stairs the next day (today). I don’t know the name of the installers, but there were two very hard working men who cleaned up every bit of dust before they left. Actually, my house looked cleaner than it had when they arrived! I would have given this company a higher rating if I could have! I didn’t get any other quotes because after meeting with Frank I knew it was a good price and, most importantly, I knew I could trust him and this company. My only regret is that I didn’t have this work done sooner because it made a big difference in the look of my home. Thank you to Frank and your crew!!!

These guys make hardwood flooring an artform. I just had them do 2000 sq. ft. of hardwood at my home and they killed it. My house is old and many wall were not square or level. They used every trick in the book to accommodate my needs and the result is wonderful. The impressive parts of the install were all of the trim work that they did around the staircase.
I’ve done several remodels and this is one of the best contractors that I have used.

We’ve been wanting to change our floors for a long time now but was very hesitant because of the outcome and the money involved. We finally decided to go for it. I started Unilocaling and read the reviews. We called the next day and my husband spoke to Frank. He came by the next day with floor samples. We made our decision on what we wanted and discussed the price. He emailed the contract in a couple of days and we scheduled the job a couple of days after that. It took them one day to finish the living room and the kitchen! One day! This whole process took less than a week. Our floors look great! We repainted the walls ourselves and my house doesn’t look like mine. It’s a brand new house. As a full-​time mom of two kids and a full-​time teacher, I always have to push myself to clean up the house. With these new floors, it looks like my house is clean all the time! I absolutely love it! I’ll probably have them do my bedrooms next year!

We had a great experience with Frank, his crew and Natural Flooring. We had new laminate wood floors and new tile work around our dual sided fireplace installed in early July. Frank had very reasonable pricing, and the crew was great. We had one problem with some of the tilework, and Frank sent the crew back asap to redo the work. Note that the crew speaks Chinese and very little English, so this can present some communication problems. However, Frank is a quick phone call away, and was always there to remedy any such problems. We are very pleased we went with Natural Flooring, and the new floors came out fantastic, and really improved the look of our home.

Our engineered hardwood flooring installation was just completed by Natural Flooring this past weekend and we could not be happier with the results. We are so happy that we chose to go with Frank and his amazing installers for our home.
The entire process, from our initial meeting, to the last day of installation was handled professionally, punctually, and with immaculate attention to detail. Ours was a large wood flooring project on two stories and a staircase that included demo of tile and previous hardwood (solid nailed down), and plenty of carpet removal as well. We requested some extra molding details on our staircase as well as new base molding throughout the house. Frank gave us a very competitive quote and his team executed the entire project with ease. The installation crew blew past our expectations with their skill and obvious experience. The amount of work performed each day (during 6 days including demo) was just amazing. These guys are efficient and showed utmost respect for our home, which we truly appreciated.
We have a lot of very large, heavy furniture, and they carefully moved each piece, during the installation, and never once made it an issue. Once the flooring was installed, they carefully moved back the furniture to its original location with felt padding on the bottom to protect the floors. Since our family of 5 resided in the house throughout the installation, each day before they left they laid out the boxes from the installed wood for us to step on until the following day when they removed the cardboard and cleaned the floors.
My wife and I were actually a little sad the final day when the crew finished and left because we were so grateful of their hard work and respect for our home. We have already started telling our friends about how wonderful the work was, and will recommend Frank and Natural Flooring to anyone in SCV that is looking for an honest, excellent hardwood installer. I cannot imagine a better company for this kind of work.

Frank and his crew were so great to work with. The price of our wood floors was reasonable, the quality of the work excellent, and the service was outstanding.
From beginning to the end of the process, he kept us updated, and responded to e-​mails and phone calls almost immediately. The crew cleaned up and put back our furniture and added felt padding to protect the new floors. We are so very happy with our new hardwood floors, and highly recommend them.

Thank you Frank and crew!!! You quoted us 7 days and finished in 4! You actually moved our furniture around for us and put it back! You put those felt feet on everything for us! We went through quite a few estimates from big companies to smaller independents. So many restrictions — some only moved only 5 pieces of furniture, some said you need to supply and install felt feet, some don’t deal with the take up of material on top of subfloors after carpet is ripped out. Some don’t deal with ANY furniture and prefer to have it moved out somehow before they do the work. We live in a 1 level condo and can’t move furniture out and don’t have a lot of space. They were incredibly hard working employees. Yes there is a language barrier, but Frank will help. The engineered wood floors are amazing, and the price was unbeatable.

Absolutely amazing job. I will recommend natural flooring to others as well. The painting of the house finished up in 3 days and frank said he could actually be there while there were cleaning up. 3 days later, the house was completely done and wow does it look amazing. Frank is a very nice person whom I can tell genuinely cares about his customers and the job. We had absolutely zero issues.

I needed about 500 sf of hardwood floor installed over a concrete slab. The slab had a hump that could part the boards or push up their ends. I had five contractors take a look at it. I disqualified three of them right away. The fellow who promotes or at least thinks of himself as the grandmaster of hardwood floor installation gave a quote of $ 4,700 and didn’t want to budge more than a few hundred. He was good at describing a doomsday scenario in which the floor would come up, and including grinding down the concrete hump in his bid.
Frank of Natural Flooring took a look at the job and pretty much concurred with the grandmaster about grinding the hump. Frank was less than half (yes…less than half!!!) of grandmaster’s bid and I gave the job to him. Everything went well, the hump got ground, and I’ve had a beautiful kitchen floor for about three months. The floor is solid and looks great. I will also mention that Frank did a great job of discussing the job with me prior to taking it on. He’s understandably busy (I had about a two or three week wait) so plan ahead.

We called a few people for estimates and Frank was the only one to come on time, give a full estimate and emailed the details the very next morning! Frank and his guys arrived on time and finished the job in only 2 days! We were able to call Frank at any time he was always available. We are very happy with the outcome and price!

I called Frank because of the reviews. I presented him with the worst problem you can give a contractor– A small job far away. One broken tile where the customer didn’t want to replace the cheap countertop of old daltile, and another 6 replacement tiles that needed to fill a hole in the matching jacuzzi. In Acton.
Frank came out as quick as he could amid some huge construction jobs he was doing where he was actually making money to look and bid the job. He asked for $ 400 to do the job. I estimate he might have made $ 50 at that price. He told me the price would be unreasonably high if he tried to track down the tile, and that he’d rather not do the job. Of course he was right, and I tried to find the tile.
The pattern of the old tile, which had to have been purchased by the lot by whoever had built that tract 15 years ago, is no longer made. If you want it, you have to buy it by the pallet off of some world trade site online. So I just bought something to ‘complement’ the situation, and called Frank.
He arranged a reasonable amount of time in the future to do the work. At time on the appointed day his guys appeared, did the job and left. It was done very well, and looks as good as it could possibly look in the given situation (ie. accept that the contractor who built the place was doing it on the cheap and you don’t really want a carpeted master bathroom with a daltile two-​sink countertop and matching jacuzzi tub anyway, do you?)
I am extremely impressed, because basically the job wasn’t worth it for him and he did it anyway, and did a great job.
