Wow, Hawse Abbey is Great! I loved the entire experience with them, from selection to purchase to installation! Donna and Bob are awesome! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are truly a 5 star Unilocal company!

Their work is good, but where these guys shine is customer service! I had my floors done in 2014, they started to fall behind schedule so they worked into the evening to catch up because I have movers scheduled so floors needed to be done before.
Since then, they have helped me order additional flooring to help during my remodel. Multiple times I have called for information about paint and other materials used in the project and they gladly looked up the info without any attitude one typically gets in these situations.

Bob Hawse and his entire staff are the best!!! They have a great selection of top quality carpets to choose from, styles, colors, a lot of decisions to be made. Christine and Jennifer were always so helpful and patient with me on my many visits to their showroom trying to make my choice. The installers were true perfectionists, they handled moving my antiques with great care, the install on my staircase is flawless, the entire house is perfect. Very impressive!!! I love my new carpet. Thank you to Hawse Abbey Carpet for helping me with all my decisions, the quality of your carpet and to the installers for doing an incredible job. My house is beautiful.

The tile started buckling in our home. After some bad customer service elsewhere, we came to Abbey Carpet. I have to say they were amazing, flexible and reasonably priced for the quality of work. They carried a good selection of tile and were able to match up the type, style, and color of tile and grout we wanted.
The guys who came to do the installation and inspection showed up on time, were professional, quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

We needed soft carpeting, with water-​resistant backing in our bathroom for safety reasons. Donna and Bob came up with the solution immediately. They and their staff showed up each time (estimate, demolition of tile, carpeting, final touch-​ups) exactly when they said they would. The carpet is perfect. The workmanship is excellent and the professionalism very impressive. Rarely have we had such a positive experience with work being done on our house. We highly recommend Hawse Abbey Carpet in Simi Valley.

These guys are super friendly and helpful. My wife and I went to Flooring 101 next to Ralph’s first, and the guy there wasn’t interested in helping us or answering any questions. We looked around for a while and left. The next day we dropped into this place and Donna listened to what we were looking for, personally recommended different styles, and even let us take several of their sample boards home to compare with the repainting we had just done!
Then they provided a very reasonable price, had the work done within a few days, and they even came back to re-​do a small area (walk-​in closet) that quoted originally AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!
Okay so, at this point they’ve got a customer for life and will be getting referrals from me to anybody even thinking about new flooring. But then I came back a week later to pay the 2^nd half of what I owe, and in conversation tell them I already smudged up the new carpet during the moving process, and they GIVE me a bottle of cleaning solution designed for the type of carpet we purchased!
You can’t go wrong, just walk in and talk to them then decide for yourself.

I had them install carpets and pergo flooring in my home 15 years ago, and I just had them install a very intricate tile all throughout. Both times, the experience, the quality, and follow up, and the follow through have been fantastic.

Hawse Abbey Carpet redesigned of Simi Valley designed and installed our master bathroom. Todd Hawse was the project manager and we are thrilled with the outcome! Todd patiently worked with us to determine exactly what we wanted, he offered affordable options to keep on budget and ensured we were satisfied with each decision made. He provided samples of all of the materials and was able to amend the plans as we changed our minds along the way. He was meticulous in his work space, attending to all details and left the work area spotless at the end of each day. He has obviously learned from the best, his Dad, Bob, who came on site to provide consultation when needed. We can’t wait for him to re– do our kitchen not to mention an arms length of smaller projects along the way. We are beyond pleased!

These guys are great! Great service, great prices and great installation. Was happy to find out this is a family owned business. They really go the extra yard to make their customers satisfied. The installation of our laminate floors took a while, but they paid attention to details. We will definitely be returning here when we have carpet installed in our bedroom. Don’t waste your time at a do it yourself store. Get it done right the first time.

Love love love! Wow my husband & I knew our gut was right when we walked in! These people are amazing! They are trustworthy, easy to work with, do a fabulous job — I’m in heaven right now with an entire house of new floors! Every single guy who came to my home to work was polite, hardworking respectful & helpful. It was a big job considering we were redoing the whole house. I was incredibly impressed to see many impromptu visits by Bob (the owner) to check on the men working. He would stop in, answer questions, check the work, it was a great experience!

We hired Abbey Carpet in Simi Valley for a large job recently. They have reasonable prices, a lot of product to choose from, friendly staff and their installers were always here when they said they would be. We would use them again.

It’s not often you find business now a days that cater to the customer. Twice we’ve used this company and both times have been more then satisfied with the outcome of our flooring. The 1^st time we redid all the carpet in our home. They had a great selection and even greater knowledge of their products. Very helpful so when it came time to use them again, it was a no brain-​er.
2^nd was when we moved into our new home they redid not only the carpet but all the hardwood and tile floors. It turned out perfect. They are easy to work with and have a kind and courteous staff. Highly recommend this company.

They are busy and that tells ya repeat business approves too, but not too busy to give excellent service.
We’ve been around the block with other flooring stores in the greater Simi and Ventura County area, no non-​sense here.
