The UPS Store

Very unprofessional. Can’t keep hours their posted hours. Considering leaving them after having my box here for 7 years due to the poor level of service.
update: one month later and still can’t open on time. Time to leave this store to rot.

Wow. just wow.
So, super unfriendly. I needed to cut down on shipping materials, they offered no help, and would not point me in the direction of any other place that could sell me supplies, even though I was still going to buy shipping from them.
I understand they need to make a buck, but the pregnant girl almost laughed when she told me they were so marked up, and to bad for me. It was a VERY non-​friendly experience.
BEWARE!

I live in the immediate neighborhood of this UPS store and heard there was a Notary so I looked it up to get the phone number to see if I needed an appointment which it turns out you can just walk in and see the notary. After reading the reviews though I was kind of skeptical about doing this. I have been going to this store for years with no problems so I went and guess what? NO PROBLEM! Friendly, polite, immediate service, in and out in 5 minutes and that included verifying my identification and weighing two envelopes for mailing. Total cost $ 15.15. Glad I trusted my instincts.

I discovered something very interesting about my UPS experience. After failing to deliver very crucial documents of mine to a government facility, they simply laid the blame on USPS. «It’s out of our hands» is the only explanation I received after paying UPS a hefty fee.

I don’t wanna give any star. I mailed an important file to SF. They dropped off post office, b/​c delivery place closed at 5pm. They went there around 6pm. They cannot take any responsibility. Now my file stop at post office. They are waiting for pick up. What’s point to mail it!!! I will never use UPS again in my life.

Prior to the new owner taking over last year, this location was a huge asset to my business. Since then, I have had multiple missed priority shipments, late monthly statements, and my normal 2 minute visits to the store have turned into almost ten minutes of frustration. I will drive an additional 15 minutes to drop off my weekly shipments due to the new ownership’s incompetence.

I called this morning at 10:50 am (in case the manager read this, he or she can find out who was working at that time) and spoke to a rude woman. I Was trying to return an amazon item and needed them to print my shipping label. I emailed them the label. She said it would cost $ 3.00 to print it out. I never heard of $ 3.00 for a print out copy of anything. She was in a hurry and rushed when she told me that statement in a rude voice and then ended the sentence by saying «ok bye bye» and hung up. Wow. HORRIBLE customer service. I live right near there, but will be happy to spend the gas and drive to any other UPS store. I see by reading the comments below that it isn’t the first time someone has had a rude employee there. Hopefully the rude employee isn’t the owner or everyone will have to experience the same rude service I encountered. Good luck

The older woman was very rude to us for no reason at all. Will not be returning to this store.

$ 2 for faxing a page, $ 1 for each subsequent page. Seems excessive and I hate how some companies only take faxes.
Not the employees’ fault, though, and that’s why it doesn’t get 1 star.

Don’t expect their notary to be there during the hours they advertise. Apparently they leave early. Went there @ 5;45 and no notary. Told me to call first!!! You should not tell people you have a notary until 6 pm! Will never go back! Then she took a customer who came in after me! I was in a hurry, terrible service!!!

Couldn’t say enough about his nice the customer service is here. I do all my notaries here.

This is a great little get in get out kinda place. I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than 2 minutes in there. The staff is always very quick to help and get you taken care of.

Located in the strip mall where Rite Aid and Lunardi’s supermarket is. They offer notary services and now there are 2 notaries working there. They give good service and the staff is always nice and pleasant. If you have a mailbox there, they definitely give you good service and are always accomodating.
As a box holder, they will send you an email as soon as a package arrives, as well as, you can call them to check if a special delivery came in.
The place is always busy, and whenever I need to mail a package/​box, I used them as their service is well worth it and the convenience is great.
You can also drop off your extra syrofoam peanuts or air bubble sheets for them to recycle at their store.

I’m an occasional customer but each time my service has been expedient and thorough. The girls that work at the desk are very pleasant and helpful. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

This store has the worst service on Planet Earth. I went in there today with the intention of buying about $ 475 worth of postage stamps. Now, I don’t know if they benefit from selling stamps or not but either way, I was disgusted with the service I got.
There was a scale right on the counter between me and the lady who runs the place. I asked if they mark-​up postage stamps and she said «no but we won’t weigh you envelope.» She said they mark-​up metered mail by $ 1.60 per envelope.
I am sending out 475 large envelopes. Obviously, I’m not going to pay an extra $ 1.60 for EVERY package. That would be insane. But in order for me to buy the right amount of postage, I would need to weigh the envelope. She refused. When I placed one envelope on her scale, she immediately pulled it off and said «thank you, good-​bye.»
Is this woman crazy? I was ready to spend about $ 500 at her store this morning. I had my credit card in my pocket. Is she out of her mind?! Her response was completely absurd.
This UPS Store is right across the street from my home and I have heard at least 2 or 3 other people complain about this woman and the way she runs her business. As far as I’m concerned, she is begging to go out of business.
Do yourself a favor: if you’re looking for a UPS store, pass by this one.

I went here to get notary services, and the people were very friendly.
