If you havnt got a spray tan before this is the place to go! Lisa is fantastic! I’ve been coming to her for a couple months now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s professional, quick, on time and does quality work for a reasonable price. She also gets me as dark as I want to be! No streaks. No orange. Perfect tan everytime!

My experience was amazing. — I want to scream this for everyone who tell me «oh spray tanning will turn your orange» it does NOT. I got a gorgeous color, even my fiancé mind WAS blown. He said «but…it looks… so…real!» Nailed it Lisa!
I booked an appointment through Unilocal.I have to say the time wasn’t the best for me because I had a crazy weekend. Luckily the owner contacted me and after a friendly chat (over Text, which for me is a big deal. I hate, HATE phone calls, so massive points on that) we were able to figure out a better time. She agreed to see me on Memorial Day! Super amazing.
The place is located on a really awesome strip of shops and food spots. I did a mistake and arrived a bit too early, so not a big deal when I can window shop for an hour
Lisa made everything very simple, she had thongs, hair caps, nose plugs and all kind of things that i didn’t even think I need (but that thong was super useful) she didn’t make me feel awkward at all and the process was super fast (I think it was 10 – 15 min?) I could so the different right away. I looked healthier, no orange what so ever, it was a gorgeous golden hue.
The biggest thing is keeping yourself DRY. that was a challenge because it was warm and I was super concern, but I got into my car, turned on the A/​C and then stayed home all day with a fan.
I showered at around 10pm and the color was stunning. STUNNING.
Tips:
Try to park as CLOSE as possible, you really want to get into your car asap, especially if it’s a warm day
Don’t touch yourself! — I ended up napping and my hand rested on my thigh, my palm didn’t turn orange but I could see a small tiny color rubbed on it. Luckily, I had hand lotion and it washed right off when I took the shower.

I really enjoyed my experience here! And the next day I looked great, no streaks and no orange. I will definitely be back.

I made a last minute appointment to see Lisa before I headed off to Stagecoach. First of all, I have to say her online booking is extremely convenient. The room itself was huge, the biggest tanning room I’ve seen so far. And the tan itself turned out amazingly! Not only was she quick and efficient but she was also thorough and detailed in both the tan and the information and tips she gave for aftercare. And the tan lasted throughout the weekend of sun in Indio! I can definitely say I’ll be back for my next event or trip! Thanks Lisa!

Lisa is awesome! She explains everything very thoroughly (I’ve had spray tans before, but she still refreshed my memory on the basics and care instructions) and really listens to what you want. She has different shades for the formula, which is great when you have the color you want in mind– my tan came out the perfect darkness, with a very natural looking color. She also has tan-​extender lotions available for purchase which really help keep you moisturized and help prolong the life of your tan. I will definitely be back before my next big event!

Let me just start by saying that Lisa is the absolute BEST! She makes you feel so comfortable when stripping down to your undies for your spray tan. I simply wouldn’t be able to see anyone else but her. I went to her only a few days before a Vegas trip I had planned and my new tan made my skin look so evenly toned and the shade she choose for me gave my skin a nice, healthy, warm glow!!! BIG plus: her prices are reasonable too!

I just moved to the area and have been looking for a go to tanning place; I have found it! Sun drop is clean and conveniently located in downtown walnut creek. Lisa makes you feel comfortable and did an amazing job! My color turned out great!

I was really impressed with my Sun Drop Tan experience. I am always very hesitant to get spray tans due to bad experiences in the past. Lisa was super professional and really took the time to address my concerns. She was flexible with time and dates which worked with my busy schedule. Lisa is amazing at spray tans! I’ve done bed tanning for 8 years and always refused to get a spray tan because I was terrified of looking orange or it being streaky. I’ve heard many great things about Lisa so I gave it a try. I LOVED IT :) she was so sweet and very professional which made me feel comfortable. the color of my tan was nice and dark but looked so natural. Didn’t have one run or uneven spot on me. I received tons of compliments on my tan nobody knowing it was fake that’s how real it looked! I will definitely return and I highly recommend her !!!

The tan turned out awesome! I’ve had a few spray tans before, but I think this one might be my best yet. and I’m really picky. I have a huge fear of being orange from spray tans. So for everyone else with the same fear… go here! No orange! A little pricey. but I suppose you get what you pay for. Quality!

I’m a spray tanoholic! Today was my first time coming to Sundrop and I have to say I think I found my new place! Lisa was very professional and extremely sweet! She paid attention to small details and made sure I was happy with the way it looked before I left. As a spray tan technician myself Im really picky about who I let spray me. Lisa is my go to for spray tans. I recently got to check out her new space in Walnut Creek and I love it. The parking is convenient and free for the first hour and the salon is very welcoming. I highly recommend her!

I found Sun Drop Tanning thru Unilocal back in June. I tan pretty well naturally, but due to all the hype about skin cancer and premature aging, I try to protect my skin when outside and thus, don’t go looking to tan anymore. But with a dance competition coming up in early July, I needed to get some color and not wanting to go the UVA/​UVB route, I opted for a spray tan. I’d seen and heard some scary stories about turning orange or splotches and streaks, so I was a little nervous about what the outcome would be for me, but I felt I needed to risk it anyway. Sun Drop Tanning seemed to have good reviews, and I liked that it was a spray tan by hand, vs. in a booth (where it’d probably be easy to miss spots).
The spraying experience itself was super-​easy and comfortable. She took a look at my natural skin tone (medium) and recommended the shade that would give me a good tan while still looking natural. I stripped down and she got to spraying — it took all of maybe 10 minutes. She directed me on how to stand, whether I needed to lift a leg or hold an arm out in a different position — super easy and she was very thorough, making sure not to miss any spots or leave streaks.
Upon leaving, she warned me that the tan would look really dark over the next several hours, but that upon showering in the morning, the excess would wash off and I’d be left with my ideal color. Definitely true — I got sprayed around 7pm, and upon waking at 6:00am the next day, it was SUPER dark and I was worried I’d come out looking like one of those body-​builders before a competition. But post-​shower, it was perfect — no streaks or missed spots, and a light brown, which is was a pretty close shade to how my skin would’ve naturally tanned had I laid-​out in the sun. The color lasted about a week, and then in the last couple weeks it’s begun to fade-​out, which hasn’t been a big deal — once the tan starts to fade-​out, if you want it all gone just start exfoliating in the shower and you’re good.
ANYWAY — great experience, great work, and the next time I need a tan, I’m definitely going to return there.
