He called when he said he would and showed up when he said he would, and his service was quick and reasonably priced. Will call him again in a heartbeat when I need a locksmith!

We got locked out and my son’s baseball gear was all inside. He had a lesson first and then was planning on going to baseball game right away. So during his lesson time, Udi came to our help. He took the trouble to come all the way to Moraga from Danville and then had to go back to another job in Danville, but he came promptly so that my son wouldn’t miss his baseball game. Udi was extremely skillful, and was able to open the door very quickly for us. Thank you, Udi, for your help! We appreciate it very much! You’ve made our day!

Udi is the man! I had a handyman install an entry door and backdoor and sure enough both door locks failed. Udi installed a new deadbolt on my backdoor and told me to buy a new entry door hardware (handle) which I just did. He’s an honest guy and very reasonable.

Extremely rude and condescending. As a consumer I was surprised about the pricing, and stated «Wow.» simply because I wasn’t knowledgeable about what he was referring to when he gave me a cost over the phone. His response was «What is wow about it? (idiot)». He went on to explain to me as if I was an idiot what needs to happen because everyone knows that, right?
I hung up because I was shocked and had nothing good to say in return and had no plans to use his services.
I don’t respond to my new clients that way, but apparently he’s busy enough not to have to worry about new business and the reputation I as a real estate professional might give him.
Instead, I called my out of area locksmith who charged the same amount with WAY better service. Gabriel Lock & Key is the man!

Here’s a story for you–
I was all ready for my Christmas party in SF, and I walk out the door with no keys. Locked out… 8:00pm… freezing outside… and I was wearing a silver sequin dress with VERY high heels– Nightmare! Thank god for Udi! This was my first experience working with a locksmith and I’m so lucky to have found him. Udi is extremely professional and friendly, and he knows his stuff! I was inside my house within minutes. Udi to the rescue!

I needed to get all my locks rekeyed after moving into a new home in San Ramon. Ethan arrived on time. He was very efficient in getting everything taken care of. He even fixed some small issues on my front door lock without charging extra. The best thing happened when after everything was done, i had paid him, and he was on his way back when i suddenly realized i had missed a lock! I called him back and asked if he could come back and do this additional lock without charging the service fee for another visit. He was gracious enough to do so, although he was well within his rights to charge me for another visit. I truly appreciated that bit of customer service. Would definitely use them again.

Worth every star. Udi called me back to say he could get to my home earlier as requested. He changed the Baldwin lock on our front door and made new Baldwin keys in under 10 minutes. And the price was fair.

I was in the zone, getting stuff done, and as I pulled the locked door to my garage shut I realized I left my car keys inside. Dammit! No spare and no way in. Fortunately I knew to check Unilocal and found Quick-​Key Locksmith. I called and was lucky enough to get ahold of Ethan. As promised, he literally arrived in twenty minutes and got to work. It took a little work but he handled the job perfectly. He did such a good job I am having him come back to re-​key all my locks for me.

Udi arrived within the window of time, as promised. And when he check out my problem, it was discovered to be Operator Error. I was so happy my lock wasn’t broken, just didn’t know how to work it.
And the best gift of all, was he didn’t charge me for the visit.

Udi is great. Super friendly, reliable, and honest.
He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. That’s how business should work.
We bought our home last year and had him re-​key all of our locks. He also replaced two cheap entry lock sets that the previous owner had installed with much more secure sets.
He was able to finish the entire job in a very fast manner. He left nothing behind. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a job done right.

Having just purchased a single-​family residential dwelling in the East Bay, the wife and I knew we needed to change our locks ASAP. We had already set up ADT Pulse with shock wireless sensors and motion detection, but we wanted another level of security and comfort. The wife was the one that found Udi and Quick Key Locksmith and after reading all the glowing reviews on Unilocal I was sold. I called Udi and arranged an appointment for him to come by to change our locks.
Despite his busy schedule, we were able to have Udi come by within a week. This guy really lives up to his business name. He replaced our front door and our garage-​to-​kitchen door with two Schlage touch deadbolt locks. The wife decided to use keypad locks since I always seem to misplace my keys.
Moreover, Udi moved one of the replaced deadbolts to our side garage door and he fixed one of our sliding doors for no additional charge. Also, he offered to return free-​of-​charge to replace our front door lever if we ever purchased one on Amazon.
Honestly, I am glad that we had Udi install the locks because our doors are solid wood and one of them even has a metal frame. There was no way that I could have done what Udi did with my shitty ass Ryobi drill. Thank goodness Udi uses Makita drills that sound like uzis… Udi’s uzis.
Look, if you have never replaced a lock in your life, don’t bother trying. Just have Udi do it for you!
Now if only I could remember my code to get back into my house…

I had a pretty hectic work week, which results in me being super absent-​minded. As a result, I locked myself out of my place… twice. IN A WEEk. Luckily, Udi is just as efficient, friendly, and professional as ever! I’ll need a frequent customer card soon.
