If I could give more stars I would. When I called, Raphael answered the phone right away. He was on a job at the time but still was able to help me. He was kind and very professional. I had a safe issue and had made an appt for him to come out and look at it. In the mean time he gave me tips and suggestions on how to maybe fix my problem. He was able to talk me through it over the phone. It worked! He could have just kept the appt and charge me later but he didn’t! He saved the day for me! I would highly suggest using this company for any keying or coding issues you may have! Commercial or residential!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very professional, price up front, and gave us piece of mind! Just moved into our home. Wanted to re-​key our locks. So I called the first name that came up. He had no reviews. But figured it was just to re-​key some locks. Giant mistake! When the guy showed up he tried to charge me more then it would be to buy all brand new, high end locks. So I told him I wanted to do some pricing. He then started yelling at me and tried to charge me triple the service call fee. To top it all off he stole my house key! I have never been so shaken up.
Still needing our locks re-​keyed plus not having a house key, I called Rafael. He suggested I call the police and make a report for my previous experience. (This way I could get the guy’s license number and make a formal report. Hoping to stop it from happening to anyone else.)
When he showed up he was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgable, and got the job done quickly. The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service was second to none. Rafael has restored my sense of safety and security in my own home. He also installs security cameras. Which we will be calling him back out for shortly.

We needed our locks changed, and I called to set up an appointment. Although they could not come when I first wanted, the owner Rafael called immediately to accommodate me. House Lock broke off, As a «Triple A» Premeir memeber they recomended Advanced Locksmiths & Security. Rafael was at my house and my lock was replaced all within ½ hour of my initial call. Great Old fashioned, friendly Customer Service. I will be using them in the future to add another lock to our door.

Called the other day and made an appointment for them to come out and help me with a door lock. Appointment was for 4:30, no one ever showed up, no one ever called to reschedule, no one called to cancel. BAD.

This guy was great. Quick professional service at it’s best and reasonable rates.

Just moved to Brentwood. I was a knucklehead and locked myself out of the house. Surfed Unilocal and found Rafael. Called him and within 15 minutes he arrived at my house. Did an excellent and efficient job.
I will definitely go back to him to replace our locks entirely and also to possibly install a safe.

Called on a Saturday afternoon needing a lock picked and re-​keyed. The were professional and friendly over the phone. Showed up within the hour. Jumped right on the job. Very straight forward, professional and courteous. Would highly recommend!

Called around 8pm Rafael came in about 30mins. He unlocked my house door & bedroom door really fast. He is very friendly and professional & the price was very reasonable compared to other people I have called. He made my night by doing the job efficiently I definitely recommend !!! Rafael was at my place within 30 minutes of calling him. And it was a Sunday, so that was actually pretty impressive. My job was small — I just needed him to clip a lock. He also brought up the fact that I could probably get a AAA reimbursement, so the job might actually end up being free. I forgot this was a AAA perk, so I definitely appreciated the reminder.
He’s a dog-​owner, a family man, and runs a good, honest business. I’ll probably give him a call to install a safe in my home at some point in the future.

I just bought a house in Brentwood and called these guys to come out and rekey the house. I wanted the entire locking mechanisms swapped out with tumblers not susceptible to bump keys. I appreciated Rafael’s professional opinion and the fact he wasn’t trying to upsell. In fact, he was telling me it wouldn’t stop someone who really wanted to break in but if it offered peace of mind, then the few extra dollars would be worth it. While installing the new hardware, he was sharing information with me as far as what makes one lock better than the other and what I should look out for. Great experience and pleasant customer service. Highly recommend them. Keep in mind that weekends are real busy. If you can schedule them on a weekday, mid-​day, you’ll have less customers you’ll be competing against to get them scheduled.

Rafael came out this past Saturday for a 10:00 A.M. appointment to re-​key a lock. That morning I was working in the garage with the roll-​up door opened and I noticed a white van drive by my house, make a u-​turn, pass my house again, and then make another u-​turn and return to my house. It was earlier than ten o’clock and I figured the driver was probably my locksmith, which he was. He was early, which is cool, and I think he may have been checking to see about arriving early without inconveniencing us. He wore a smile, was dressed professionally for a sunny Saturday morning, and had a purposeful stride. He handled the re-​key easily, replaced two interior doorknobs, and installed the guts into the main entry door’s locking door knob; he addressed all our concerns amicably.

I was locked out of a clients house at 7AM on a Saturday morning. I called Advanced Locksmiths and left a message. He called back within 20 minutes, and was there within a half hour. He quoted me a rate over the phone and promised there would be no additional charges and he was true to his word., I was taken advantage of by a locksmith tacking on an extra $ 100 to the charge. Advanced Locksmiths is very honest and I recommend them highly.
