Seriously employed here are beyond stupid. Told two different employees what I wanted and couldn’t get them to understand. Not coming here again.

Michael at the front of the line was great. super fast and helping the girls after him because it was so busy. Smile on his face the whole time.. Makes waiting a little better when the workers are cheerful. Great fresh food :)

Coincidentally dined-in on the same day the founder of Panda Express and his people where here. The food was amazing. Piping hot, flavorful, licking my fingers good. The employees were all smiles, walking around, asked how I was doing and even threw away my plate when I was done. Go in two weeks later… mediocre Panda Express at its best. Crunchy chow mien, chewy orange chicken, and pissed off workers who look at you crazy when selecting entrée items.

Worst service I have ever gotten at any place my whole life. Went there tonight and had to walk away to keep from blowing up on the lady working there. Will never go back.

Second time coming here since moving to santee 9 months ago. I now remember why I hadn’t come back to this location. The horrible horrible customer service by the same woman! Didn’t catch her name… short in height, Hispanic woman, with the rude rude attitude! She was horrible then and she was horrible tonight around 830⁄9. She rolls her eyes at you and treats you as if you are the biggest burden in her life. She MUST hate her life and job so much that she hates customers. She is in the wrong line of work. She said she has worked at most other Panda Express in El Cajon. I’m pretty sure I know why she has bounced around so much. I don’t see how she is still working there with the way she treats people. I came in with my kids and we got two plates of what was out. Nothing special ordered or difficult. Yet she acted so bothered as if I asked her to go fetch a cow and start the butchering process. My son asked for an extra plate and she ignored him until I went up and she acted as if I asked for her last kidney! Not even asking for a smile but end the rudeness and attitude! I got a lecture on why I didn’t know that they don’t have bbq pork anymore. Jeez I should be hung right? The next time we get Chinese I’ll make sure we make a long drive rather than dealing with that. Get rid of the customer hating woman and I’m sure this location will have more returning customers. So sad since it’s such a nice location in such a nice community.

I had a typical meal here at Panda Express. The only thing different this time I ordered back by popular demand the Fire Cracker Chicken, with a Broccoli Beef, and some noodles and vegetables instead of rice. The meal was good. The fire cracker’s chicken was tender and well flavored with its sauce. Seasoning was good and the heat from the chili was mild. The red peppers had a nice crunch and good flavors. The broccoli beef was a mix bag given some of the broccoli was cooked just right and then some pieces were way overdone, soggy, and discolored. The beef was good with a tender and juicy texture for the most part and a mild Asian flavor. I always get the noodles in lieu of rice when I come to these types of places. I waited for the freshly made noodles and I was glad I did. They arrived piping hot with a light brown salt with just the right amount of seasoning. The noodles had a nice texture to them too, not over cooked. The employees here were friendly enough. I liked that one of them came over to check on me and asked if I needed anything.

PAID A DOLLAREXTRA. for some dirty honey walnut SHRIMP the intestinal tract had not been cleaned out. I called to inform them and Amy M. stated she wanted me to save the shrimp so I could get a refund. I will not be digging in the trash for their mistake. GROSS!

I will never eat at any Panda Express until the employee that wrote the Unilocal customer review(Merr M.) is FIRED, and the customer service issues at this location are dealt with. Corporate is being contacted to address these issues and social media is blowing up so that people are informed of the disgusting way you treat your customers. Shame on you!

One of the cleanest Panda Express I’ve been to! And the quality of their food was on point, at least when I was there. Great job guys!

I like this place… for what it is. Staff has always been courteous to me and they seem to work through any lines that form. Eh… Good food for the price. I go ’bout once every two weeks.

They never have chow mien already cooked so I’m constantly having to wait on them to cook it while the rest of my arty has their food and is waiting on me. Their service gets worse as the day ends, it seems. This place is close to my job which is why I eat there often. Unfortunately, I always seem to have a problem here. :(

Grouchy workers, bad customer service, and they do not want to cook the food, they should make a sign that says that they do not make eggplant tofu, and peppercorn shrimp. I guess they really want people to write bad reviews

I went in here for a late night bite most of the food was already cleaned up and put away so not much was on display. Some items I asked for they did not«have any more in stock» or they just didnt feel like making them for me. Was pretty bummed out about that.

Hey, Panda: Just because it will be 15 seconds before your cook hands your server another bowl of what I asked for doesn’t mean I’m going to step aside and wait behind the family of 6 that came in after me. Make your screwups YOUR problem, not the customer’s problem.

Panda Express is one of those places where you know exactly what to expect each and every time. I come in and get pretty much a variation of three dishes. I order a side of steamed rice, with mandarin chicken, orange chicken, or kung pao chicken. Their food is very consistant across the board. I’ve never had a «bad» experience at this location. The orange chicken is their basic orange chicken, everyone loves it, and that’s their big seller. As far as service goes, this team is a very friendly bunch. They always greet upon entering, and seem very genuine. They are usually knowledeable about their product, and always make sure I am taken care of. Panda Express is generic chinese food, but you can always count on this location to go above and beyond!

I just ate lunch here. The food usually lives up to fast food chain but not today. The food was a bit flat in flavor. But worse than flavorless food was the fact that there was a bunch of black stuff in the food. I thought a well done pepper, nope! It was big pieces of that black crud often on the bottom of a well used fry pan. The lady at the front counter was curt. The bathroom had no paper towels. Well that was enough to tell me that real Chinese is really not to be had here.
