Sergey and his team done amazing job! They took most of the stress out of moving! The guys were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Guys were courteous and hard working. They were fast, careful and respectful! They even offered to move our couch/​living room furniture around a few times until we had it where we wanted. Alex and crew came to my apartment at 10:00am, got everything wrapped, packed, moved into the new place within 4 hours. I had lot of stuff and they worked on getting all the details done carefully.

Found this company on Unilocal and was not disappointed! I called late Sunday night, left a voice mail, and received a prompt phone call back first thing Monday morning by Robert. He was extremely helpful and quite funny, which is always nice when dealing with the stress of moving.
Sergei and Alex arrived promptly, within the stated arrival window and gave a quick call ahead, so that I knew they were on their way. The pair, who seemed to have been working together for quite some time, expertly disassembled what needed to be disassembled, wrapped, and loaded my belongings on to their truck.
They arrived at the new location quickly and unloaded, unwrapped, and reassembled everything quickly (and carefully).
Can’t say enough about these guys… hire them for your move!

Max, Sergei, and Baur were an exceptional team. They were fast, efficient and so polite. They expertly managed some very trying circumstances including our lack of a driveway, parking on a steep, 2-​lane road and shuttling some very heavy and cumbersome furniture down a narrow stone staircase. The guys didn’t lose or damage any of our belongings; they were very careful.
We would definitely use Local N Long Distance Movers again. Thank you, guys! You made moving a breeze.

Amazing work. Sergei and his team (another Sergei and Arman) absolutely emptied our two bedroom home and moved us into our nearby apartment in well under three hours.
We’ve had to move a lot over the last couple of years and we’ve used a number of movers, but none have been as efficient or conscientious as Sergei and his team. Next time we move (hopefully a long time from now), we’ll definitely use these guys again.

I’m writing just a quick review now because we still don’t have Internet and still unpacking. I will come and do a more detailed review once we are settled.
I had to say something because these movers were best I have ever used in all my many moves. Dan and his team were exactly on time, very professional, polite, never stopped working. They did much more than I expected and did such a great job with our furniture. I got quotes from
2 other movers which had outrageous prices so I really lucked out booking Dan and his team
writing this on my phone so expect errors will clean up later

Alex and Art were very quick and efficient with our move. They made sure everything was packed well. Made sure the carpets had padding as to prevent damage. Very impressed with these two fellows. Very highly recommend.
Edit: I also wanted to add that they pay a lot of attention to detail. Examples: Alex made sure that the doors to the furniture didn’t hit the wall. Art helped me get clothes from the wardrobe box that I accidentally dropped. We were very lucky to have these guys help us with the move.

These three guys Alex, Alex, and Sergey were awesome working hard for 6.5 hrs straight and taking really good care of our stuff! They had some really clever solutions for our unpacked stuff and took over the packing when we ran out of steam and boxes.
They were very nice and friendly and took great care of our floors too!

Great service and everyone was very nice and careful with our furniture! Every piece was wrapped and they even did the big flat screen TVs with to trouble or damage.
We had screwed up our timing on for our move and Local N Long distance was amazing to schedule same day moving for our 3 bedroom house.
They brought 2 trucks and 4 guys to help speed things along since we were starting mid afternoon, but they crew worked tirelessly to get us packed and unpacked in a single day. ON A SUNDAY! Finished up around 10pm. Guys just focused and work, no complains, no issues, was just great.
Crew was super nice, respectful and took great care with all our equipment and spending extra time to make sure the kids room was all set up so they could get to bed while they finished up the last of the stuff.
Though I truly hope to never move again, if I do, I’ll definitely use this Local N Long.

If you have ever moved and needed a moving company you know how stressful it can be to pick the right one. Will the moving company show up the day and time they say they will show up? Will the estimate be true to the quote or will you end up paying double? How much care goes into the moving of your stuff? Well I can tell you after my move with Local N Long Distance Movers I can report back that Dan and his team arrived right on time, went over the move including pointing out that I had a $ 100 deposit and a 3 hour minimum. After the walk through of my house and what needed to be moved Dan and team went into action and loaded everything up, moved it to my new place and was out in only 4 hours!
I should also mention the very professional experience I had prior to the move, Olga arranged everything and she even called the night before to confirm my move. The team at Local N Long Distance deserved a solid 5 stars!
