Baywide Window Cleaning

These guys are great. I needed to get my roof gutters cleaned after seeing water spilling over the gutters during recent El Nino rains. I called Issac and within a few hours he did a google map of my house and sent over the quote. The estimate he provided was clear and understandable. There were options for window cleaning, but I didn’t need that service just yet. I pulled the trigger and setup the service within a few days.
Issac and his business partner came over early in the morning and completed the gutter cleaning job sooner than expected. They removed about 3 galloons of mostly moss, roof debris, asphalt shingle granules, and few leaves (showed me photos), which build up around my downspout opening causing the slow roof gutter drainage (downspout was clear). They even stayed to power wash my front steps and entrance walkway to fill up the remaining service time. (They offered me discount, but I liked their work and let them keep going.) My front steps look brand new. Issac even cleaned my large picture view windows (interior and exterior) as a courtesy preview of their window cleaning service. I was really happy with their service, work product, and friendliness. I have recommended them to my other friends.

I had a leak in a building we manage in Cole Valley and they cleaner the clogged downspouts cleared the tracks in the windows as well as the plumbed drain on the deck that was clogged with black goo. Awesome! Informative and pleasant. Great team highly recommend! The gutter guys! As a realtor who handles property for sale manages home for rent it’s great to find service people who are excellent at what they do, handle their schedule effectively have killer communication skills. Top drawer.

Great experience with Brian and Issac. They were responsive, flexible, and on time. They cleaned all our gutters (in the rain…) and took pictures before/​after. We will absolutely use them again for gutter cleaning and window washing.

Very easy to work with. They called back immediately and sent me an email with details immediately. The finished the work exactly in the time they estimated, were professional, and did got the job done. They were a ½ hour late, but called early to let us know. Best of all, the service worked! Isaac and Brian are wonderful! First, they gave a very thoughtful, detailed quote after coming on site to survey the house and the work we needed. (We got a second quote from another provider who reserved a time to come by, but then did a drive by without every knocking on the door, and gave a quote that wasn’t detailed enough.) Secondly, they both strike me as very earnest, honest and caring people. It’s clear they’re working hard to build and scale their business by doing great work and making customers happy. Lastly, the results were awesome! We had every window cleaned inside and out, and had the outside of our house power-​washed. Gave us another year before having to paint the house!
I can’t recommend them highly enough… they work with customers exactly the way you want ever vendor to do!

Isaac and Brian are awesome!!! They are professional, friendly, thorough, and great to work with. They pressure washed the exterior and cleaned all the windows (inside and out) of my client’s 3 story Victorian, including skylights and stained glass windows. The house came out sparkling! Because there is no ground access to the backside of the house, Brian ended up rappelling down from the roof several times to reach all of the windows, solving what I thought was going to be a potential problem like a true professional. These are the nicest guys, the most professional, and they made the best bid, it doesn’t get any better when it comes to service. Issac and Brian were very professional and caring! They were way beyong my expectation and I am so thankful for finding such a great company to work with. They not only did a great job in cleaning the roof and gutter, but also took photos of the before & after the cleaning, and even helped me with hanging my painting which is not at all their job;) They in fact came back to help me hang the painting which almost shocked me since they really didn’t have to.

Isaac and Bryan were at our home to clean the windows, skylights, pressure wash the house, decks and patios. It was a big job that needed to be broken into two visits.

3. They did a meticulous job, staying as long as needed to finish

I was actually glad to find these guys. I had called a couple of other companies and they either did not call back or weren’t interested in a small job (‘only’ 7 large windows).

Our building solicited bids from 3 vendors for pressure washing the entire front, entryway, and cleaning of 15 bay windows. Isaac from Baywide was by far the most professional and thorough of all bids and also the most reasonable in price. He had openings available the next week and arrived 15 minutes early to the agreed upon time. Isaac and Brian then spent the next 5 hours carefully scrubbing and cleaning the building. They were easygoing and very thorough in their work. I highly recommend them!

These guys really did a solid job cleaning my windows, gutters, and pressure washing my vinyl siding. The whole process was pretty smooth – Issac was super responsive, and I picked them after getting a few bids on Thumbtack, too, so I know the price was right.
They showed up on time, were super courteous, and really went to town. I didn’t realize that their price for window cleaning included taking off all the screens and really making things nice (I thought they were just going to blast them with the pressure washer).
The only downside was that the project took a little longer than they thought because there was all this crap under my siding that basically made it so they had to wash the house twice. They had to come back a second time to finish the job, but – unbelieveably – they stuck to the price they quoted me.
Nice guys, awesome, attitude, but best of all I’ve got some clean friggin windows and siding. Take that SF fog!

Reading all this good reviews and 30% off from first window cleaning service caught my eye.
But when I try to call couple of times and nobody is picking up the phone or not returning any of my calls makes me wonder if this reviews are legit. called Saturday and then Monday nothing so had to call other company who has picked up the phone and came the same day to do the windows.

Isaac just came out to our house and did a great job. We have windows that face the ocean and he left them sparkling after he was done. A few reasons why I gave a 5 star review:
1. Isaac answered the phone right away on a Sunday and answered all of my questions, and was able to get a quote to me within the hour.
2. I needed the windows done the next day, and he was able to make it work.
3. When he arrived I asked if he could remove a large metal décor piece left on the front of our house from the last tenant. Although he wasn’t able to remove it since he didn’t bring the correct tools for that kind of job (I didn’t give him any heads up about this), he climbed up the ladder, inspected it and let me know that he could come back and remove it if I want.
4. Reasonably priced. I had 9 windows cleaned, most of which required a ladder, he also did the screens. With the 30% discount I paid about $ 143.
Having the windows and screens cleaned makes a big difference, even in the bathrooms with the textured windows that you can’t really see out of. My house feels brighter and cleaner now.
If we decide to get that metal décor thing removed from the front of the house I will be calling them again. I would also consider having him power-​wash the front of the house, maybe if the drought situation gets a little better.

These guys just left our house and took 2.5 gallons of leaves from our gutter with them (or at least they took them from the gutter). It’s been so long since we’ve had a good rain that I didn’t even realize we had created our own mini waterfall off the roof. After all of the rain this week, I decided it was time to finally have our gutters cleaned out so they could actually do their job. So… I turned to Unilocal.
Isaac gave me a brief estimate over the phone based on the average San Francisco residential job and offered to swing by at three end of the day to take a look and confirm. He and his partner got here while there was actually still daylight and offered to do the job on the spot if I was ready, so I did it.
They scooped out at least five years of leafy pile up in our gutter (shame on us, but how often are we supposed to do this, really) and snaked the downspouts to make sure everything was clear. They were friendly and quick, and now I don’t have to worry about our residential waterfall.

Overall: Young owner of this business, Isaac Jones is phenomenal at what he does. He wants your windows to be perfect and spotless and won’t leave until they are. He’s very on point with his work and will definitely not disappoint. And for unbeatable prices, it doesn’t get any better than that!
My experience: Isaac arrived on time and got started right away (FYI: He didn’t have his usual partner, Brian, with him this time). First he took off the screens and began washing the insides one by one. Already I could see an immediate difference. Once he washed the outsides, they literally looked brand spankin new! Almost as if brand new windows were installed. After that he gives the screens a good scrub down and rinse and puts them back on. My house looked completely different, inside and out and I’m so pleased with his work. I can’t wait to schedule my next appointment to get the sides of my house pressure washed!
I can honestly say that I’ve never thought about routinely washing my windows until now. From the low price, to the amount of work that he puts in, to how amazing your house looks after, I’ll want to do business with Baywide all the time!
