Fox Window and Gutter Cleaning

Called on Thursday afternoon for gutter cleaning. I thought I would have to wait at least a week before they could do the job because of all the rain we’ve been having. I received an email quote that evening and he was here at 9:00 the next morning. Reasonable price. Nice clean up after also. Will use again.

Joci at Fox was great! It was easy to get an appointment. The estimate process was smooth. The gutter cleaning work I needed was done easily and expertly — and affordably. I highly recommend.

We’ve had them come to clean our gutters twice and will continue to use them. They are wonderful to work with! Joci is so personable. They were able to come out very soon after we contacted them and did an exceptional job. They clean up so well after they’ve cleaned the gutters – my yard is cleaner than when our gardener comes!

For some reason, my online request didn’t get answered, but as soon as I called the phone number, I had the best service! I live out of town and needed the gutters cleaned at the house that my mother owns and my daughter lives in. They gave me an estimate within a day or two and were on the job as soon as I accepted it. They did a great job and allowed me to mail them a check after the fact. Communicating with Fox Windows and Gutters was very good and they let me know as soon as my check arrived. My neighbor liked them so much that she wanted their contact info. I highly recommend them and will be using them again!

Excellent job of cleaning my gutters. Highly recommend Joci and his team. Easy to communicate with, provided an accurate quote (less than what I paid previously), and got the job done as planned. But most importantly his team cleaned up really well including all walkways, steps to my building and the street sidewalk. I plan to schedule him every year for gutter cleaning.

If I could give 10 starts I would! They guys were very nice and did an AMAZING job cleaning our gutters and downspouts. They thought the job would take 90 minutes but they were here for more than 3 hours and of course the price did not change.
They came right after our gardner so I was worried that everything they were blowing off the roof and out of the gutters would mess up our clean yard. No need to worry as they cleaned up everything on the ground even better than the gardner.
I could not recommend these guys more. They did a great job!

I would love to say I recommend them like everyone here but they never gave me a chance! I submitted an online request for a quote. Didn’t hear from them so I called on Thursday last week (¹⁰⁄₈). I told the gentleman who answered the phone that I requested a quote online but never heard from anyone. He couldn’t seem to find any record of it. So, fine, I was perfectly happy to make an appointment over the phone. Saturday, ¹⁰⁄₁₀ at 11am. No one ever showed up, no one called, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Makes me wonder about all of these fabulous reviews. Well, I gave them a chance… good luck to everyone else!

Joci and his team came to clean out our gutters last week. They worked quickly and left everything on the ground in good condition. I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 only because I can’t climb up and see how the gutters look inside. I am pleased and will hire them again to wash windows once the drought is over.

Nothing new to add here, but had to give Joci his love. On time, professional, clean, quiet… and price is way more favorable than the competition. We’re lucky that we even got him on our calendar as Fox will soon be running business out of town. Thanks for the overall experience, Joci and company. Will definitely use you again…

Fox Window and Gutter cleaning worked on my Westlake home today. I was very satisfied with the results of both window and gutter cleaning. Joci and his 3 man crew worked quietly and professionally, cleaning the exterior windows and screens, and clearing rain gutters of years of debris. Joci was very considerate of my property and his crew cleaned the work area completely. I especially liked the estimate and invoice paperwork that was easy to understand and was quickly sent via Email for my records. I would have this company do work for me again and recommend Fox Window and Gutter cleaning to others needing to get ready for the expected El Niño weather.

Fantastic job! I called Fox Window & Gutter Cleaning and Joci came by, gave me a $ 250 estimate for the whole job: Gutter cleaning, outside window cleaning & screens). He sent me a backup estimate via email and we scheduled a date. They were a few minutes late, but they texted that they were going to be a few minutes late so I appreciated that. The job took two guys and they were pleasant and quick and efficient, didn’t waste water and cleaned up after themselves. Final result = $ 250. So no hidden surprises! Very pleased with the work. Would hire again and am recommending to neighbors.

What a hard working team! Joci is really easy to work with and makes sure the job is done right. And his crew is very polite. We have windows with lots of little panes that required serious elbow grease to get gummy residue off. They didn’t stop until it shined. Very reasonably priced too. I whole heartedly recommend fox window cleaning.

Joci cleaned our windows (including screens) and gutters when we prepared our house for sale. He did an exceptional job and was efficient and professional. He also gave us some recommendations for improving our gutter system that were greatly appreciated.

They cleaned windows at my mom’s house in Daly City. She was absolutely stunned by the quality and professionalism they showed. They did an amazing job and my mom is one of those people who are hard to please. She will definitely be using them again when she needs windows washed. Highly recommend them.

Don’t look any further … Joci and his crew are fantastic. In the past month we have used Fox Window and Gutter Cleaning twice. The first time was to clean our gutters. The gutters hadn’t been cleaned in over 12 years. Joci and his team arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up before they left. One of our downspouts was badly clogged. I needed to call a plumbing company to snake the line to the street. However the plumbing company wouldn’t touch the downspout. Really??? I had to call Josie back and ask him to remove the downspout so that the plumbing company could clear the clog. I know this sounds crazy but it’s what happend. Joci returned and removed the downspout and when the plumbing company was finished, Joci came back and secured the downspout. And he didn’t even charge me for two additional trips to my house. We were so impressed that we asked him to come back in a few weeks and clean our windows inside and out.
The windows were completed in less than one day. Again Joci & his crew did an outstanding job. We have over 30 small pane windows in our home and the task had become too great for my husband & I. We are so delighted with the results. I’m only giving Fox Window & Gutter Cleaning 5 stars, but they deserve 10!

Joci did a fantastic job cleaning out the gutters and downspouts of my house! The entire experience of working with Joci was excellent. He arrived on-​time (just a tad early, but that’s OK!), and cleared a clogged downspout, and cleaned out the gutters of the house. I observed that he was conscientious of keeping his work area very clean — no messes left behind. My mom went on the roof to observe his work, and she noted that he did a fantastic job of clearing out all the gunk from the gutters… she has high standards (I should know… have had to deal with this my whole life), so that’s rare kudos from her!

We had Joci come out for The Gutter Cleaning Service. He was Professional, Polite, Tidy and he did a FANTASTIC job. He was also able to clean two skylights and a hard to reach window while he was on the roof. He went above and beyond the task at hand. Double thumbs up. I highly recommend Joci for window cleaning services. He cleaned my windows, inside and out, and they are absolutely spotless. He also removed all the screens and washed them too! The difference is amazing.
As a bonus, he is polite, friendly, punctual and all for a great prie. Would definitely use him again.

Joci did a great job! He’s very friendly and his work is thorough and careful. I hadn’t realized just how much grime had collected on the inside of our windows, but after the cleaning, the difference is «clear». Sorry. Anyways, our view of the bay is much better now!
