Kate began her career as a teacher. She graduated from University of the Pacific with a B.A. in English, and later received an M.S. in Elementary Education from Fordham University and an M.A. in English from Notre Dame de Namur University. She taught English for about a decade at middle schools in New York and California, and at several colleges in the Bay Area for five years, before deciding to transition into real estate. She now focuses her educational skills on assisting her clients in understanding the market, the buying process, and the mountains of paperwork involved.
