The Cleaning Authority

So happy with the way my apartment sparkled after Kieth and his team worked their magic.
I’ve been using Kieth Cleaning Authority at Forster City. Kieth and his crew have been cleaning my Apartment every other week for almost past five months. He does a great job– his team is meticulous, detail oriented and a perfectionist.
Kieth great communicator. Keeps the process simple and upfront.
The price was very competitive and reasonable… I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to find a competent and honest and friendly business these days with all of the greedy and incompetent «businesses» out there. Also, Kieth calls me the day before to let me know what time his team coming, and to confirm the service. I really appreciate the reminder. Kieth really values his customers and it shows in the way he runs his business! I would high recommend him! Would 100% recommend him to anyone lucky enough to live in his service area.

They are the worst! Their work is sloppy — have even sent pics to the office manager Keith and it never got addressed. They advertise that they are insured and bonded, yet on multiple occasions when they have broken things in my home it was not fixed or yet to be replaced.
The first time they broke my shower knob — then argued with me how it was not their fault — I let it go. Several months till something else broke and I voiced my disappointment.
The next time they broke a very expensive piece of Herend Porcelain lid that not only had sentimental value from my trip there but was a limited edition master piece signed by the creator of the piece — this time too they argued saying they were not responsible, although the cleaners were the last to touch this piece.
Then they broke 2 figurines — and all I got was we won’t charge you the cleaning fee this time. The total damage done in my home is worth a few hundred and not 65 bucks. I requested them to replace 1 item and sent them options and am still waiting to hear back and it’s been a couple weeks.
Even their cleaning although they say is supposed to be detailed on visits I have occasionally called to let them know the floor boards, kitchen counters, and an entire room was occasionally missed and all I got was ok will let them know for next time. Sometimes different people come and they do the same if not a crappier job. They also give you a time and consistently show up and hour or hour and a half later. They are requested to wear booties or remove their shoes and even for that they say there is no instruction on their sheet, or once the girls threw a hissy fit till I had to call the office. They started banging the appliances dropped the vacuum on my wooden floors multi times and just have poor attitude.
The only time they were prompt was when they came for a home evaluation to get business. If there was a way to give no stars then that’s what they would get.

I used The Cleaning Authority to help me transition to motherhood. It was a huge help to know that the house would be cleaned on a regular basis. The cleaners were very friendly and reliable. The house looked great after each cleaning and the cleaners were very efficient. It was a breeze to modify my scheduled cleanings for personal conflicts. I also really liked the text message reminders to notify me of an upcoming appointment. Overall, I’m very happy with their service.
