Rev. Dr, Natalie Vail, L.Ac. Dipl.O.M owns and operates an alternative health and wellness practice in the Old Town neighborhood of San Diego called Soulistic Total Health. She is an ordained Spiritualist Minister and licensed Acupuncturist who possesses a wide range of training and natural gifts and therefore creates a «one-​stop holistic shop» for her clients. Best known for her work as a intuitive healer, she is also a very experienced energy worker, life consultant, Chinese herbalist, classical Feng Shui expert and Doula.

I absolutely love Natalie. I have been going to Soulistic Total Health since January this year due to a neck strain and couldn’t be more happy with the results. I honestly was a skeptic but with the recommendation of a reliable friend and the need for relief, I sought healing from Natalie. Natalie is truly a sincere person who I know cares for her patients well being. She is extremely knowledgeable and I love that she listens and takes the time to understand the unique needs of each visit. I highly recommend Natalie and canny be more thankful to have her.

I have been seeing Natalie for accupunture for the past 2 weeks so far. She is sincerely concerned with healing her clients. I have already noticed a difference and feel great! She is very knowledgable of the body and how it works, herbs, nutrition, etc.
You would think being stuck with needles would be painful… Not at all! Your experience will be a conversation about your concerns. After her diagnosis, she brings you to a massage table, meditation music is on & aromatherapy oils are applied. Barely feel the needles go in. She relaxes me with intentions and breathing exercises. Ive actually drifted in and out of sleep.
Natalie also does readings!!! I will be doing that very soon :-)

I’m an English major, so you must also find it peculiar that I struggle to even find the words to convey how talented Natalie is. I have been around a great deal of energy healers (and those who claim they are, but we beg to differ), and her gift is remarkable. There wasn’t a single moment where I felt like she was fighting for words or just embellishing something. She delivered effortlessly! And HER energy is just so magnetic and warm, you will without doubt feel like you are talking to your best friend. I left feeling inspired and renewed – I was moved to tears with her validations and emotional confirmations of what I was clinging to emotionally beforehand. Like, seriously. Even if you have your go-​to energy healer, switch it up a bit and go see her! I’m an avid believer that there is never too much work to be done energetically and will without question be integrating her practices and services into my energy maintenance moving forward! I cannot wait to witness the manifestations that are yet to come in my life, and trust me, you will benefit immensely from the powerful spiritual guidance that Natalie provides.

If I could I would give Natalie 10 stars. She is worth that and more. From my first appointment, she has taken an honest interest in my well being. She took time to understand all my issues-​physical and mental, and helped me find the keys to work through them. More importantly, after one month of treatments by Natalie, I found out I was pregnant! That is after 7 years of trying to conceive! am so very grateful for Natalie and her continued treatments for my nausea, vomiting and fatigue associated with my pregnancy. I will see her for many, many more years to come! For any issues, I recommend seeing Natalie!

If you are looking for someone that is talented as well as a one stop shopping place for healing of all sorts: a medium, acupuncturist and healer, then Natalie Vail is for you; she’s about as amazing as they come.
One of my dear friends and colleagues referred me to her over three years ago and I’ve been seeing her since. She’s truly in a class all her own!
I’ve had just about every treatment she offers and her results are always remarkable. Further, she’s worth every penny that one pays for her services. Every single time I’ve seen herI I’ve left feeling much better than before our visit.
I’ve been, without question, referring her to every individual with whom I’ve even had casual conversation, if it appears they can use Natalie’s unique abilities. I honestly couldn’t be more pleased knowing she’s within such easy access as she’s located in S. D in an area that has free parking and is easy to find.

Natalie is a rare and exceptional find. I don’t believe in seeing the future but I do believe in energy intuition/​reading, and she’s absolutely got it! I’m a skeptic, I grilled her, I’ve been to her twice, and I’m sold.
I also had Natalie to Feng Shui my new home, she does classical style and really helped me figure my place out in a creative and beautiful way! No crystals hanging from the ceiling, no cheesy statues, she had a solution for every corner that suits my style. Do yourself a favor, if you’re thinking about it, try her @ least once!

As a new patient of Natalie, I found my initial appointment to exceed all expectations. Luckily, I was referred by friend and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Soulistic Total Health. After countless visits to healthcare offices for physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, massage therapists, neck specialists, etc., I still wasn’t pain free. Not to mention the time and money spent for no results. Bi-​lateral foramninal cervical stenosis has contributed to moderate-​severe nerve damage and chronic pain since finishing collegiate football. My eyes were opened when I left Natalie’s office.
The new age medicinal approaches to my condition had proven unfruitful, so I didn’t think tiny needles and suction cups would be much better. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Natalie started with Cupping and then Acupuncture. I have never experienced anything quite like it, I was in a state of total relaxation. I walked out PAIN FREE! Literally. I couldn’t believe it! I’ve referred countless friends and family to Natalie and highly recommend letting work her magic on you!

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when a friend referred me to Natalie. I came in with an open mind but I remained to have doubts.
Natalie’s reading blew me away. She was spot on. She knew things that no one else knew and was honest about so much.
She was so great I have referred friends to her and they all loved her.
Her rates are very reasonable especially considering she really knows her stuff.
Natalie makes you feel very comfortable. You can bring a friend, take notes, record your session. It’s quite an experience. I have been back and plan to continue to go back. She is that good.

I went to Natalie for my first time getting acupuncture and loved it! I had a lot of questions about holistic healing in general, and she was really informative and helpful. She asked me questions to better understand what I was looking to get out of the session and not only listened very well, but gave me great feedback and advice to improve my health. The acupuncture and guided meditation were incredibly relaxing; I left feeling refreshed and would definitely recommend Natalie to anyone!

I saw Natalie yesterday for her 90 minute combination package. I had never had a psychic readin g before and was a little skeptical and nervous! She was calming and answered my questions. And her reading was spot on! Then she figured out which of my chakras were closed and needled me accordingly. She led me through a very calming meditation while the needles were in. When I left I felt so much more calm and relaxed! I would definitely recommend this service!

Psychic Reading: Went with a friend, and we have both had readings before. Natalie was right on, amazingly so. She quickly identified the struggles I’ve been having lately and pinpointed some of the paths opening to me; which were EXACTLY the paths I had been exploring. She was right on in terms of what I had and what I didn’t want anymore; and where my passions lay.
Some of the information is future information; so unfortunately don’t know how accurate it is until the time passes. But based on her assessment of my current situation, I’m confident (and hopeful) that it will come to pass as she noted.
She also read my friend, and she (my friend) had the same interpretation as I had — in that Natalie was very accurate of her current situation and family life.
We both felt Natalie gave a GREAT reading, and I would highly recommend her.

So I’ve seen Natalie in the past for her intuitive readings, but recently I decided to try acupuncture both because my Flex Spending Account will cover this treatment, and because western medicine has not been able to resolve a few of my health issues, primarily painful TMJ.
I made an appointment with her very convenient online scheduler and chose a time and date that worked well for my schedule, and I was immediately put at ease upon arrival. Natalie and I discussed my goals for acupuncture, she went over the procedures so I’d know what to expect, and we did a short history. I was then guided to her table, laid down, and we did 10 needles to start. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was surprised that it wasn’t painful.
After she inserted the needles she guided me through a short meditation sequence that really helped me relax and focus. After about 20 minutes, the needles were removed, and I felt relaxed and calm. I’ve already scheduled my next follow up appointment! Sheis also prescribing me some herbal supplements to assist with my healing and I can’t wait to try them.

I’ve been to Natalie for acupuncture nearly 10 times starting earlier this year.
Mostly I see her for muscle strain from over-​training. I do yoga, I stretch but I can never seem to get my tendons to let go until Natalie.
Her combination of techniques (Cupping, acupuncture, and massage) mixed with her training, skill and intuition leave me feeling very comfortable to let her really get into the trouble areas. When I leave I feel amazing for weeks… not just days.
