History

Established in 2008.

Complete Comfort started in 2008. the owner Kurt Finch is a dedicated technician who started doing HVAC at the age 16 and fell in love with the trade. He worked for multiple companies so he could learn every aspect of the trade and find the small things that other companies were not offering that he could. Like a free Diagnostic. He believes business is based on trust something the consumer should not have to pay for. when starting the business he wanted to give the customer options by not cornering them with a high diagnostic fee and letting them have the option of getting a second opinion. so when calling us if you do not like are technician or something dose not make sense you wont have to pay for a rude inexperienced technician and still have to pay another company to come out. so following this guideline Complete comfort has successfully been growing for the past five years based on good customer service, honesty and integrity.

With over ten years of heating and air conditioning and refrigeration experience I continue to challenge my self and learn more about the trade. starting at age 16 i worked for a family owned company for over 6 years and continued my education by attending multiple training classes on new technology and also a 1 year hvac program at Sacramento city college to better assist people with difficult hvac related problems. so after extensive education i decided to take on the challenge of being self employed and starting a business that will help people in the time of need by being affordable and knowledgeable. the best part of doing hvac is helping people & being of service. allot of people are clueless when it comes to hvac and sometimes its a small issue that will get it working again. most companies take advantage of this i don’t. I am always happy to tell the customer it was only a minor fix and the repair price is real small. This makes my day and the customers day. Thanks for readin
