TSD Construction is a locally owned and operated construction company that specializes in landscape design and installation. While our passion is the front and backyard, we are well-​positioned with categorical experts and can help you with any residential or light commercial project, including roofing and remodel work.

Tim Davidson, a third generation Sacramento native runs all appointments personally. Whether Tim does the job himself or utilizes his litany of proven sub-​contractors, you can rest assured that your project will receive the attention it deserves. Tim holds a C27 license for landscaping.

Tim’s partners have on average 25+ years of experience in professional concrete installation, expert landscape design and installation, patio cover design and installation, window replacement, fence replacement, kitchen and bathroom remodels, painting, professional roof replacement, all types of tile work and hardwood flooring, virtually all aspects of home improvement and light commercial remodel work.

My name is Tim Davidson and I am the owner and founder of TSD Construction. I am a third generation Sacramento native, attending Kennedy High School, Sacramento City College, and Sacramento State, majoring in Business with an emphasis in Marketing.

My role is to clearly identify the goals and objectives of the client, and then assemble my team of specialists to meet and exceed those goals. I function as the single point of contact between the client and field operations. I take a lot of pride in my work and the work of my partners.

You can call me anytime during the project or years after we are finished. I look at you as a customer, not just for the job we are doing today, but for life. It is my hope to take care of you and your family and friends as long as you live in the area.
