I have had a nagging knee pain for at least two years due to a fall. I went to physical therapy shortly after the injury for a couple of months and got it to the point where it was bearable but not great. I thought I would have to live with it that way. Yesterday, I went to Chris Lacy for a neck and shoulder injury, and not only did he work on that, but he also worked on the knee. In 90 minutes, he did more for my knee than I had accomplished in more than two months of physical therapy. I have been able to straighten my knee for the first time since my injury. It is approaching normal. I will definitely return to Chris in the future for any therapeutic needs.
