Hitmen Termite and Pest Control

Fantastic group of exterminators! I have only used them twice (once for inspection and once for removal). They did a great job getting rid of the mice problem in our barn by trapping and relocating them. I was half expecting the mice to come back the next day, but I haven’t seen one in there since.
We were also advised to remove all of the animal feed from the barn, however this would just be too impractical for feeding the animals. Instead we placed all of the loose food items in big metal containers so the mice can’t chew through. Seems to have worked well.

This company (previously Big Valley Termite and Pest Control) has done multiple inspections and work for us since about 2003. Their inspector, Tim Luck (who has been our inspector), is very thorough and an expert in finding and eliminating wood destroying pests. He is friendly and easy to work with. Further, we’ve needed pest control work and home maintenance work done (to minimize the likelihood of infestation) and we have always been very happy with quality of the work done by Big Valley Termite (now Hitmen) — and we are tough customers!

Living out in the country has taken a big toll on our home. We’ve had to deal with termite problems, rat problems, even flea problems and now we have an ant infestation getting into all of our food cabinets. Normally I would go out and just buy all sorts of ant poisons and do it myself, but I’ve been way to busy lately with work and just don’t have the time.
Hitmen was recommended to me by a buddy of mine who also lives nearby and faces similar pest problems. I left an email with them explaining my ant problem and it only took a couple of hours to get a response. I was pleasantly surprised with the price they gave me. I’ve used another pest control company before and they were a bit more expensive than Hitmen from what I can remember. The exterminator showed up on our agreed upon time of 11:00, we talked for a bit then he immediately started his inspection. Turns out the ant problem I had was a little bit worse than I thought. The ants were not only getting into the kitchen, but a couple bedrooms as well. Hitmen did a fantastic job ridding my house of those buggers. As a last resort, they had to spray multiple entrances to the house which I didn’t think would work because I’ve tried that before. However, it’s been almost a month now and there are no signs of ants anywhere. Really pleased with the service these guys have provided. All I can say is thank you.

My boyfriend and I have been having a rat infestation at our house recently after going on vacation and needed to get it resolved ASAP! We had some other companies come out to inspect our house and they quoted us crazy prices! Well, we’re glad we called these guys because their price to help us resolve the issue was far more reasonable for the job that needed to be done!
Tom came out and looked at our issue and helped lay out some traps and was a true professional. He also gave me a few hints on future prevention just in case!
