OnTime Transportation Walnut Creek Airport Shuttles

Hired the company for a pick up from Concord to Oakland Airport.
They were really easy to talk with and reserve for our date and time.
The driver was friendly and funny! The ride went by fast, and he helped load and unload 5 suitcases, and 5 carry-​on luggages.
Definitely recommend them, not only were they on time, they were professional and entertaining, and offered a good price!

A clean car, a safe ride, a polite and entertaining driver. What else can a frequent traveller ask for?
I was surprised when Roger exited the 580 but was I glad when we avoided the jam on 238 and got to SFO half an hour earlier. Guess a frequent flyer could ask for a driver that really knows his way around town and can get him to the airport for a flight he would otherwise be late for

Updated review. I have been using this service since December 2015 and have had many pleasant rides to and from SFO. The car options are so much more comfortable them bart when returning form international flights. Roger is friendly and on time.
I recently had him transport one of my toughest to please VIPs from overseas and he was very happy with the service.
There was an issue on the return to SFO but Roger communicated the issue to me and assured my VIP that he would make it to the airport on time. So the issue never effected my VIP. I appreciate the great customer service.

We have been using this service for awhile now and it is absolutely the best. Always early, very dependable and very nice and clean vehicles. We once scheduled a pick up from the Oakland airport, had a very delayed flight getting in, and they were still able to pick us up. They really take the anxiety out of getting to the airport and we wouldn’t use anyone else. Roger and his staff are great and are always so personable, even at 4 a.m. Wish we could give them more than five stars.

I’m very greatful that my husband choose this service. It was the most comfortable shuttle drive I ever experienced and thanks to our driver Alex. He is very professional, polite and nice. He was on time when he pick us up at home and even our flight was delay for almost 40 minutes that he still waited patiently. I found this company from one of my friend. She had a wonderful wine tour with roger last year! So when my family came to visit me last month I gave it a try! Me and my family had amazing day with our driver Alex! I wish I can rate 10 stars! We went with a Cadillac escalade limo, and the car is super clean and luxury! When I told roger on the phone that I was referred by my friend Emily, he gave me the best rate and a bottle of champagne in the car! We will definitely use them on our airport rides next time too! Highly recommended!

We’ve used Walnut Creek Airport Shuttles several times to and from SFO and OAK. Great service! Always reliable and on time. Prices are very competitive. The cars are clean and well maintained. Most of the time we’ve had Roger as our driver. Good conversation if you desire, or you can simply sit back and let him do the driving. Roger knows the local traffic patterns and has some great shortcuts to get to the Bay Bridge during heavy traffic times. I’ve used other services in the past, but Roger is my go-​to guy for airport rides now.

Great service. Don’t expect a boring ride. Roger does an awesome job hiring drivers. They’ll arrive early, stop at a restroom along the way, and entertain you! I’ve been on many über and lyft rides, but if I need to go to the Oakland airport or SFO, I’ll choose this shuttle. They’re reliable, and most importantly, good conversationalists. I have used this company more than once now so I can confidently give it my honest review.
I haven’t travelled as much last year, but that’s picking up in the last few months or so, so it’s important for me to find a good company to deal with as I can’t always count of my boyfriend and his unconventional schedule to drive me.
So, as you can imagine, I’ve dealt with a lot of different shuttle services as a result, but no one has worked as hard as Roger when it cones to costumer service. From the time I make reservation till pick up, I am treated like a valued client. I’ve had the pleasure with getting picked up by Roger himself. Great conversationalist, friendly, and most importantly he’s on time (if not early). He keeps me updated on his whereabouts which was my issue with some companies in the past. When you get picked up at a busy airport, it can get confusing trying to figure out a pickup place, but this wasn’t an issue with Roger at all. I was able to communicate with him from the time I landed, went through immigration, dealt with luggage delay, till I was picked up curbside. Not even once did I feel rushed. I honestly felt bad that he probably had to circle around a few times since international entry tends to be longer with immigration and such.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Roger and his business practice. I can recommend him with highest confidence because I know he won’t disappoint!

I would like to update my review now that i have had a chance to use the service. Roger addressed my concerns expressed in my original review. I have since used the service and recognize that he does intend to provide the best service possible. I have already scheduled another transport with him.

Roger and his company are awesome. We needed a limo to and from the airport for a family vacation and it went smoothly from the first call until the drop off at home. Roger picked us up on time (both directions) and was extremely professional. He also was very prompt when returning phone calls and emails. There were 5 of us with a lot of large luggage and his SUV had plenty of room. His prices are competitive and my husband and I would definitely use his service again. Thanks Roger! You rock!!!

If there was a way to give 500 stars I would. I had an early morning pickup (3:30am) and my driver Roger was on early, clean car, professional and helpful. Friendly personality and great conversation to the airport. Smooth ride quick trip and door to curbside service exceeded my expectations. Price was extremely reasonable and service was exceptional.!! I would highly recommend this company for all transportation needs and services including but not limited to airport service or a night out with a limo.

Having prepped for months for my trip to Hawaii, the last portion of my planning was the ride to the airport. Just a little more than 24 hours before we had to get to the airport, I was scrambling looking for a ride, and Roger came to the rescue. This is my first time writing review on Unilocal simply I’m to lazy to write the review. However I like to dedicate my sincere appreciation to Roger for his excellent service. I had to head to Los Angeles last week for my best friend’s wedding, but my roommate who was gonna drop me to the airport bailed on me the last minute. So I search the shuttle service near my place and found this one has the highest review. I called 2 hours before my flight anxiously and I explained my situation to roger. He told me that even though their reservation are fully booked at the time but he will figure out a way to help me out. I had to say that he’s such a life saver! I’ve introduce this company to many other friends. They are always on time and all the drivers are very nice and professional. Highly recommend everyone else to use their service!

Recently, we were traveling overseas and searched all over the place for a shuttle service that could not only take us to SFO but was also large enough to handle our luggage and 2 very large bicycle boxes that we were taking with us on our trip. Walnut Creek Airport Shuttle MORE than met our needs. Roger was very courteous and helpful on the phone, and his brother was more than an entertaining host as our driver. The car we were driven in was beyond spacious and it EASILY accommodated 2 large suitcases, plus various carry-​ons, and the 2 large bicycle boxes. (It could probably have accommodated twice this much with ease !)
So, whatever your needs, we highly suggest and recommend Walnut Creek Airport Shuttle. We know we will be using them again. We hope you do too. Especially, if you have needs that go beyond the ordinary (like bicycles). These guys not only master the ordinary, they master the extraordinary as well. The cost of their service is very reasonable, but the quality of what they deliver is above and beyond. Go ahead, give them a try and see what I mean !

This was the best car service I have ever used! Roger, the fleet manager gave me a quote the day before my pick-​up at SFO. The quote was far less than any other I got, so I was a bit skeptical, however it proved to be not only the best price, but best service.
My flight arrived early and Roger picked me up early, which was nice and unexpected, because I arrived 20 minutes early — outside the airport.
Car was clean. Roger was friendly, courteous and professional. I will use this service again, and I highly recommend this car service!

My cousin and my dad recently use this service. My cousin can’t stop talking about how great the service was. My cousin doesn’t drive very much so maybe using this service to go to events or he would otherwise not to go because he can’t drive. My cousin doesn’t recommend things very often but he highly highly recommends this company. My dad is 80 years old and totally enjoyed the service and was comfortable.

I have been traveling with my 80-​year-​old uncle for the last few years. I am also disabled in my 50s. Traveling can, And cannot be fun and it all begins with a travel service. I’ve been using a well known travel service for the last two years and it all started with a Van pick up upgrading to a limo pick up. There are known for their service as being a super type deal. I began to dread them but thought that that was the only one around.
I just booked my last vacation in which my cousin helped me and she suggested I try Walnut Creek airport shuttles. We talked to ROGER and he was more than accommodating in taking our reservation. The price for his service was very competitive to the other service that I had been using.
Roger showed up on time to pick us up in beautiful Lincoln town car and pick us up nine days later also on time in a beautiful Lincoln town car.
I highly suggest the service. I will no longer use any type of other service available.

I am really glad We booked with deluxe airport shuttle. Roger (the fleet manger) is very patient and helpful over the phone with the pick up time and how long it takes to go to the airport since me and my family doesn’t travel that much. We booked a business class town car for our family of three. Our driver arrived 5 mins before the pick up time. When we got in to the car our little one was so amazed by their on board wifi, snacks and free rental iPad. It literally feels like a first class cabinet. Our driver Alex got us to the airport safely and smoothly. Over all can’t wait to see them again when we travel next time.

I just took their shuttle services from SFO to Walnut Creek last night after a long trip in China. Honestly this is my first time taking shuttle service, usually I have someone to pick me up.
Roger was the driver, I’ve been told this is a new shuttle company of industry. Well give a try.
First thing, the shuttle vehicle, for sure definitely brand new, clean, comfortable. As a driver roger could be the good one, no wrong directions, no time waste. When you sitting in this vehicle you are not gonna feel boring when you meet Roger, I mean 45−50minutes on the road with a funny driver.
Price is good 75 for 100 deal. For the tip, I suggest tip this guy more but depends on your wallet, lol! It worth definitely!
