I don’t live in Concord, so I was blown away when the driver asked me in a roundabout way how to get to my destination. I’m not fond of how he had it entered on his GPS but still proceeded to look it up on his phone WHILE HE WAS DRIVING. Other than that, he was a nice guy but I’d rather have an asshole drive me around safely and know where he’s going!

If I could give them a lower score, I would.
Made reservations the evening before for a cab at 4:45 am to take us to the concord BART. At 4:30. I called to remind them. They never heard of me. Cab finally arrived at 4:55. The driver pulled onto Concord Blvd in front of a speeding vehicle. His turn was so wide he almost het a oncoming car head on. He then traveled onComcord Blvd in excess of 80mph and took the long route just to increase his fare. DO NOT USE THIS CAB Co. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE

We just got to Bart 4 minutes ago. We called at 5:30am and they took 30 minutes to come 1 mile from the Bart station in pleasant hill. I am so pissed I will never use this deaf guy Again! He couldn’t hear us.
He couldn’t even find directions. Have you even heard of GPS you stupid #%*
Our whole $ 1500 vacation rode on the back off a one mile drive.
In better off with shuttle service !

I’ve used their service only a handful of times so far. Every time I’ve called for them, I’ve had no problem with their time or getting from point A to point B. Their rates are actually a little less expensive compared to the competition. Hopefully I wont need a taxi in the future, but if I do I know who I’m calling.

I would give this company a zero but I cannot. After dropping us off the cab driver assured us we would have no problem getting a pickup as long as we called the dispatchers number. Low and behold upon calling the number we were hung up on twice and told we had the wrong number twice as well. Obviously we were unable to obtain a pickup from the company that we were told would have no problem taking us from point A to point B.

I like like and hour from concord and I always take Bart because I have work in pleasant hill. Every time I call concord cab and tell them what time in going to arrive they are always there waiting for me. I’ve been using them for the last 2 weeks and I’m happy with their service. The drivers are nice and they address me by my name. Customer service is a huge thing for me and it’s rare now a days. They always get me to work on time and I enjoy their company. A few of my other friends work in concord as well and I will definitely recommend concord cab to all my friends

Honestly I think concord cab is one of the most customer friendly businesses out here. When I call in for a cab, the person on the phone greets me so politely. Whenever I need a ride somewhere I can always rely on them. The highlight of every experience with concord cab are the drivers. They actually ask you about how your day was and are never on the phone like the other cab company drivers. They make sure the drive is worthwhile and make it so you wanna just keep driving with them forever. Every time I get to my destination I’m sad! Wish I could talk with them more!!!

Such friendly service. They were on time, no problem finding my pickup location. The dispatcher was sweet and gave me a good time estimate. The driver greeted me and took me to my house in a timely matter. I was expecting to pay more than I did which is a bonus. I’ve used other taxi companies and usually they speed and are very awkward car rides, I’m talking about dead silence. Nothing but good things to say about this company. Will definitely use their service again.

I’ve taken many cabs around Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and Concord, but Concord Cab has to be my favorite. The drivers are extremely friendly, punctual, and reliable. Unlike other drivers, they drive with safety and caution. They are there whenever you need them and wherever you need them. The service is the absolute best. I recommend it for anyone and everyone in the area!

Driver was punctual and got me to the airport quickly but wasn’t reckless about it. Overall great service.

It was on Monday when my friend’s car broke down and I still had to get to my job interview on time. I immediately called Concord Cab and was quoted a 10 minute wait but only waited 5! Thank you Concord Cab for helping me get my new job! Excellent service! 5 Stars!

I called for a cab this evening told the lady on the phone where I was at and where I was going. She responded a driver will be there to pick you up. The driver came picked us up took is us down the road the fare was 4.50. Which I was going to give him 10.00 anyway just because the ride was short. My mom can’t walk to far that’s why I called the cab. He took my 20.00 and was sitting there thinking. He said you know there is a minimum ride of 15.00 dollars. I said since when? I told him that’s not true I’ve taken the cab several times and its only been 10.00. He said well this time I will only charge you 10.00. I got my change and closed the door. As he was going on about the price of gas. I called their number to see if that was true and the dispatcher said yes.
I called Yellow cab which I always take anyway just they weren’t available. That driver told me it’s illegal for them to tell you there is a minimum charge. I know there is if you use a credit card but not to ride. If that’s the case why don’t they have it posted about a minimum charge. Horrible experience!

Absolutely atrocious service. Driver was 45 minutes late to pick me up to go to my own daughters wedding! I am disgusted with the service I received. I would never recommend Concord Cab to anyone, and to be completely honest, they shouldn’t even be in business. I should have read the reviews before choosing this cab company. I personally would have rather walked 20 miles than sit in this filthy car for an hour.

Horrible service. I called on a Thursday afternoon to schedule a 5am pick up. The lady on the phone was in such a hurry to take my call she didn’t ask for my city. I spelled out the street because she couldn’t understand. Didn’t take my name or my number.
5:10 am comes around the next morning, no cab. So I call the guy who picks up the phone tells me he’ll be here in a few minutes 5:22 I get a call from the driver «I’m outside» I verify the address since I’ve been standing outside for 30 minutes and there’s no one here and of course they have him the wrong street name (even tho I spelled it out).
5:31 Finally my cab gets here. Good thing I allotted 15 extra minutes to my schedule just in case they proved me right about being late. I was really hoping they would prove me wrong.
Do they not understand people have flights to catch? Meeting to get to? I can’t wait until über or lyft replace all of these incompetent, unprofessional, unreliable cab companies.
Side note. The cab driver was nice after speaking with him about the issue I am positive it was the dispatchers fault

Asked for a specified time and they showed up early good thing I was waiting out side. Get in and driver was kinda rude when I said something about it. On the drive to my destination driver was doing 70 in a 35 that’s juat not cool. Not going to recommend to any one.

The WORST CAB and driver I’ve ever had ever. No professionalism, the car itself super stinks and I was charged $ 20 from gregory lane, pleasant hill to walnut creek bart! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I never really use public transportation due because of the fact that i fear going in cars with people i dont no. But with this cab company they really care for their customers and always make you feel at home and they get you to where u need to be ahead of time. And its not even an awkward drive they drivers are always bumping music and its a fun experience every time i would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

If I knew public trans sucked so bad out here in Conc-​turd I wouldve probably never moved out here. A long bus & BART commute to Cal State East Bay sounds appealing these days. However, now that Im here & have to stick it out a lil while longer Im glad to have found a great cab company. I dont care what time or how far or how close they have always delivered in a timely friendly manner. The only thing that would be nice is a hand with the bags; once in a while. Either way Im sticking with them til Im outta this hell hole!

We live walking distance to BART but it was hot hot hot out and I didn’t want to get all sticky. I called for a cab and it was in front of our complex within two minutes. Seriously. The driver must have been around the corner or something. The dispatcher told me ten minutes but I got a call back in two letting me know that the driver was there. The driver was nice and got me there quickly with the air conditioner and music bumping.
