Our specialty services are window cleaning (or window washing), rain gutter cleaning, pressure washing (or power washing), roof cleaning, chandelier cleaning, awning cleaning, and high dusting /​high access cleaning. We service all of Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County & the Inland Empire (San Bernardino and Riverside).

History

Established in 2007.

We started out doing residential window cleaning and moved into other specialty cleaning services. We now do government buildings, high rises, etc. We have cleaned almost one thousand light fixtures, around 2000 service visits, and we have never had an insurance claim. We love our customers and try to keep them coming back by respecting their home (shoe covers, ladder guards). We think this, as well as our ability to problem solve and make ourselves available, has added to our success as a small business.

I’m 30 years old. I’m married (8 years) with 3 young girls. I started my business to be able to bring my wife home from work. She has been home now for 4 years. My goal is not to grow a huge company, but a dynamic one. One that has exceptional customer service and premier expertise in our service area.

I have used their services on 2 occasions for two separate services. They first came and cleaned two chandeliers and did an absolute beautiful job. Aaron even ask if I had any of the pieces left that I had broken off and he repaired the chandelier for me! The chandeliers are sparkling beautiful and look great. Secondly I hired them to do the windows and again Aaron went above and beyond, removing doggie doors that I had to clean those. I will definitely use this company again and again and recommend them to everyone!!!

I had a great experience with this company. I called them last minute for window cleaning in and outside also a chandelier that is in the middle of my spiral staircase impossible for me to clean. They send out 1 guy I was hesitant he could get it all done. He got to work doing everything quick and efficiently. The thing I liked the most is the walk through so I could point out if I didn’t like anything. I really was impressed with the service and customer service. Called Aaron the manager or owner to thank him because I was hesitant about the price at first but it ended up worth every penny. Will call them back in 6 months!!!

Aaron came out to my shopping center in Alhambra to provide awning cleaning service. I see a lot of reviews here for residential use and cleaning but Aaron will knock it out of the ballpark on the commercial end as well.
He delivered on the price he quoted and went over and beyond service by providing before and after pics of the stores he serviced. Great job, Great service.

I have used Acclaim many times for many residential properties. I use them almost exclusively for my clients in the area. I use them for the simple reason that i do not have to worry about whether the job will get done. whether the client will be happy, and whether the job is done right. I have reviewed their work many times and they always are faster and more thorough than all other cleaning companies i have dealt with. I saw another review here that talked negatively about their punctuality and i can say that this must have been a very bad day for Aaron. I cant remember him not getting a job done for me with 100% satisfaction. He is very honest and will do a job without it being profitable because he cares about his reputation. And not because of a bad review. Trust me he gets a lot of business. Use him. All his workers are long timers and very friendly.

After writing my last review, the «manager» contacted me to apologize and said they wanted to make it right and offered me free services. I agreed to give them one final chance, under the conditions that someone needed to call to confirm the morning of, and that they needed to come at a certain time and not make we wait for a window of time. She agreed that they would call me to confirm and that they would come «as close to 12 as possible.» I got no confirming call. I called them at 12 and was told they would be there between 12 and 2. At 1:45, they called to say that they were running late (excuse: it was the secretary’s fault for sending them on a long job) and would be here at 3. I told them I couldn’t do 3, but could do 4, and they agreed to come then. At 4, I was shocked they weren’t here, so I called them and they said one of the guys needed to head back so they couldn’t make it. Apparently they were «just» about to call me to let me know. Yeah right. These people are a joke.
