Eco-​Upgrades, (formally American Builders) has been in the business of home remodeling and retrofits as well as home energy audits for 25 years.

Meet the Business Owner

Gary W.

Business Owner

Gary Winger owns Eco-​Upgrades. He has been a licensed General Contractor for over 25 years specializing in carpentry home remodeling and home energy performance improvements.

As a contractor, Gary spent several years helping to build major commercial developments in Las Vegas, NV and worked for private developers in the Middle East building homes and apartment complexes, from the ground up. More recently Gary has operated his own residential & commercial building company.

Gary was born and raised in Los Angeles and currently resides in Malibu, CA. He is known to exert a high amount of integrity, work ethic and professionalism in all areas of his life and as a home energy upgrade professional.
