When we initially got into the window cleaning business, it was with several other companies, working as a contractor. Once we received the experience necessary, we sort of branched out on our own knocking on doors. This is a family owned business. Our goal is to establish a very honest business for generations to come.

Marios window washing has been my best experience with window washing thus far! I am a manager of a big hair salon in Beverly Hills and my windows are 15feet high. It was no problem for Marios window washing. Mario came at his earliest convince, was professional and efficient. I will defiantly have Mario as my permanent window washer and will recommend him to anyone I know.

Mario is amazing, I highly recommend him! From the moment he came over to do the job I just had a good feeling about him. He didn’t prove me wrong, very sweet, hard working, gets the job done fast and done well. He’s honest and happy to be working with you, a refreshing change from the last person who did the windows. His prices are very fair, he does not sub the work out so you aren’t paying two people for one mans work. I hate having people in my home doing work, making a mess and snooping around, I felt none of that with him, I was totally at ease. Mario is a very good guy, I trust him completely and my house looks like a whole new home when he finishes!

Very cool, laid back dude, with good vibes. That was my first impression on Mario when I met him to get a bid. Besides his reasonable rate and workmanship, he also gave me $ 25 back after having issues cleaning our high inside window, as we had a big oil painting underneath it and he was concerned it might get ruined. I think that is a sign of good character.

Mario saved the day! I moved into a new condo that had been tenant occupied. The windows had been neglected for YEARS and I could hardly see out of them they were so filthy. Mario spent an entire day meticulously removing the spots, calcium deposits, and dirt! After he finished I was blown away by the difference it made to the natural light that now comes into my home. I highly recommend Mario, and would encourage you to take advantage of his services.

Mario gets 5 Stars! He cleans the windows at our insurance office and I am amazed at the quality of work he does and the price. Mario did my home inside and out and his work is impeckable. My windows needless to say had not been cleaned outside in 2yrs. He not only cleaned them but did the screens and removed all of the hard water build up that had accumilated over time on them from rain and watering my gardens. His price was beyond fair and I will be using him for regular maintainence from this point forth. What a great job at a great price. 5 stars and then some! Thank you Mario!!!

My house needed the driveway (oil stains) and my windows cleaned for my mom’s wedding over the weekend. We called everyone and no one could book us that fast. We got in touch with mario and he was over before the day ended. He pressure washed our driveway and left it looking brand new! (Our dance floor) then he got to work on our windows and sliding glass doors. He left them looking brand spanking new. Hes very humble and funny, makes you feel really comfortable and takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend this guy for any commercial or residential needs you might have. If you’re wondering why I didn’t give him a 5 star review its because he has a fro and I dont like that.
