History

Established in 1998.

Darryl Banks; the owner of Window Washing 2000; started out the old fashion way, in 1998, by knocking on doors in his neighborhood armed with a squeegee, bucket and wand.

After a couple of months he invested in a truck and a couple of ladders

Again after a few more months he invested in his first employee (Who is still with him to this day) and took out a small ad in the yellow pages

Another year and he added another employee and more equipment

Today Window washing 2000 has 5 employees, 2 trucks and over 800 customers

Meet the Business Owner

Darryl B.

Business Owner

Born in England and raised by a single Mother, who was a teacher

Darryl got his work ethic from his Mother whose motto was «Get on with it, you have nothing to complain about»

This instilled a «Can do» attitude in him

After completing his Civil Engineering degree at Portsmouth University he spent a year exploring South East Asia backpacking to get an appreciation of the world

Arriving in Los Angeles in 1996 with a plan to travel in Central America for a few months he got a summer job cleaning windows

A lucky break here, and a mentor there Window washing 2000 was started
