History
Established in 2013.
Chef Gregory has been working as a private chef for the Belgian consulate in Los Angeles since the beginning of this year.
After 15 years of experience as an executive chef in restaurants in Europe, Chef Gregory started to work as a private chef. He has worked at 5 different Michelin Star restaurants, but the most satisfaction comes from working as a Private Chef. He loves to cook for families, birthday parties, official and casual dinner parties. He’s very intuitive and creative. For every special occasion he will have a different menu.

Business Owner
I was raised in the French part of Belgium where I grew up at the farm of my grandparents. They grew their own vegetables, herbs and fruit. I have always been inspired by nature.
My mother has the same passion for preparing food and already at a very young age, I was found in the kitchen, learning from my mum and baking together.
When I was old enough I went to the famous Chef School «Ter Duinen» in Koksijde/Belgium. After graduating, I worked in different Michelin Star Restaurants in Europe for more than 10 years. After being an executive chef for more than 5 years, I started working as a private chef.
