Very disappointing experience. Wrong diagnosis and wrong charges were made. It’s been more than 2 months I’m working with my insurance provider to fix all the mistakes.

I selected Dr. Pack at the recommendation of another doctor.
Dr. Pack runs a solo practice, he and his office assistant Ingelisa are the only ones in the office. I have had only a great experience. If She is busy, it’s because there is someone who truly needs more attention than I do!
This is my first experience with a serious medical issue, and I have been grateful that Dr. Pack is on the case. He checked into a remote possibility and found a very serious medical issue. I can only recommend him (and Ingelisa) at the highest level.
Do you want a sharp, on-​top-​of-​things doctor? Dr. Pack is your guy!
Yes appointments, only… BUT…, if you need to get in, Ingelisa will find a way…
(ps… I have never required this level of care before, but I am in the health care field. I can recommend Dr. Pack highly!)

Dr. Pack has been my doctor for over ten years and I am always impressed with his knowledge, level of professionalism and ability to get me in to see him when I really need to. When I call his office, they always make the time.

This Doctor used to be good, seeing him since 2003 but I stop he has a rude obnoxious secretary, at the end of my visit talking to some of his patients in the waiting room they were complaining how secretary was treating them and apparently doctor knows about it but he does not do anything about it hope he does something about it he already lost one patient
