Maybe you are like me, not too knowledgeable about HVAC /​air conditioning and you are stuck with an A/​C that can’t push any air into your house and now it’s 105 degrees outside? And maybe you can’t remember the last time you did maintenance on your unit… ok you do, it was never.
It gets worse as no one answers your call because every A/​C in Sacramento has stopped working… or the big HVAC repairmen with commercials isn’t available for 4 days… what do you do /​who can you trust? I asked friends and found some reviews on Unilocal/​Google disturbing and in some cases questionable.
Then you find a gem… a story about Alta Heating and Air (Patrick) being able to quickly diagnose an issue and save some folks thousands of dollars; saving them from having to replace a unit.
Patrick answered my call and his reasonable diagnostic quote and same-​day availability saved my day! The next day he was able to diagnose and fix our unit within 30 minutes including a tune-​up. I ended up paying under his very reasonable quote. Three days later we are so happy Patrick came out as our house has been so much comfortable and A/​C is working like a champ now.
