Our crew is a total of 7 guys and 1 service tech that are good workers, fast and efficient.

We have provided quality service in San Joaquin County and surrounding areas for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on being able to improve the quality of your home’s environment through installing new high efficiency heating and air equipment. Or just improving the quality of the air in your home with the perfect air purifier or U.V. lights. We can also replace your duct work or perform our top of the line duct and system cleaning.

Blackwell Heating & Air also known as B & W Mechanical is a family owned business with a great group of people running and working to make is succeed more everyday. We have our service department and our install crew, there a great group of guys that enjoy what they do and care about their work place. The service department of Blackwell Heating and Air has been around for about 4 years now and seems to be making great progress for the company.

Business Owner

Mark and Lori started the business in 1989 wanting to help people with their A/​C and Heating needs. They have succeeded for about 24 years now and keep planning to succeed for many more. Eric came into the business right after high school helping his father Mark with the call and jobs and has worked his way up to the Project Manager.
