Best cab ever. The driver was personable, vehicle was clean and most importantly I felt safe. I will call him again.

I come to Bay Area often and this is my go to taxi company. They have good rates, get me where I need be on time, and most importantly, they have friendly service! They have prompt responses and I can go anywhere with ease!

Very misleading quoting for a ride to the airport. The dispatcher on the phone quoted that the ride would cost $ 65 and with tolls no more then $ 70. He made it sound like it would be a flat rate. We took the route he mentioned and there was no traffic. The driver had no idea about the rate I was quoted and the driver was actually exceptionally nice. The ride ended up costing over $ 100 on the meter. The driver discounted us 10%, but that’s not fair to him if he had no idea what was quoted to us.
All in all, very misleading and we made our decision to use this cab based on that misleading quote. Caveat emptor.

Flat rate for early trips. They were on time. Assisted with my 50 lb bag. Safe driver. No complaints will use again.

Go with yellow and black taxi, professional drivers and great rates. Best taxi service in town.

Best Taxi service in the Bay Area. I needed a ride from Oakland Airport to my house in Hayward and I literally had 10% battery life left on my phone. I needed a ride home urgently, I seen one their Taxis leaving the airport, so I jotted their number down from the taxi leaving the airport and called them. A man answered the phone, asked me my location, I was picked up in less than 10 minutes after my phone call, and the driver even helped pick up my luggage and put it in the trunk. He was a very genuine Indian man, we conversated on my way home about the weather and how my trip was. Being a businessman I use taxi services quite often. I was very happy with the timly service I was provided with, so I would like take this time to thank you guys once again. I would highly reccomend Yellow and Balck Cab services to anyone who needs a lift in the Bay Area.
