I needed a new window on my phone and was referred to this place from a previous customer who said she was super happy with the work done here. I was so happy with the price compared to what apple wanted. My phone looks brand new and Aldo gave great customer service, I deffinitely recommend this place

I am so disappointed. So about a month ago I repaired my phone with irepair here on Eastlake because the screen had cracked. When I got the phone I noticed this strange, rainbow effect reflection coming from the screen no matter which angle I held it. I knew that the screen that was used to replace my cracked one, was NOT your regular screen that people usually get. However I didn’t think that much into it to do anything about it. Anyway, the screen on my phone started lifting and I went to get it fixed. I paid the $ 100 and once the guy came out he said «the screen on your phone that I replaced wasn’t from our provider… Are you sure you got it fixed with us?» My mouth dropped, I assured him yes I got it repaired with you guys and he kept questioning that fact. I feel like I shouldn’t of had paid $ 100 to get the screen replaced when I was SCAMMED out of a good screen that I should have gotten in the first place. Do not come here unless you want your phone screen to be replaced by a cheap one, just to come back to realize that that wasn’t the screen they should have used to replace your phone. There goes a $ 100. And it sucks because the guy refused to give me a refund haha wow. Thanks for nothing

My son dropped his iPhone and the screen cracked really bad. I was sure we would have to buy a new phone which of course would be super costly. I was referred to iRepair and thought I’d give it a try. Best referral ever! They took my son’s iPhone and repaired it quickly and did an amazing job! His iPhone literally looks brand new! Also they gave us a great deal with a screen protection and a case for his iPhone. My son and I were very satisfied and happy with the results! The staff is super friendly and they really do a great job! Thank you! :)

They fixed my mic and LCD screen at an affordable price. Vince was very nice guy and offered wonderful costumer service!!! He fixed a majority of my iPhone issues. Vince is a great guy and I recommend you ask for him.

ATTENTION APPLE DEVICE OWNERS
This place will replace your screen and you probably won’t be able to tell that the screen is not an original Apple screen. However, you need to know this:
1. THIS PLACE MAY BE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN TAKING YOUR DEVICE TO APPLE.
I brought my iPhone 6 Plus for a cracked screen and iRepair charged me $ 150 plus tax. Apple later replaced it for $ 120 plus tax.
2. NOT ORIGINAL APPLE SCREENS.
They replaced my screen with a screen that just didn’t feel quite right. I’m no Apple expert, but it just didn’t FEEL like how it felt when I first bought my phone. Plus the ring around my home button was slightly lifted.
3. NO WARRANTY IF SOMETHING ELSE HAPPENS TO YOUR PHONE.
Siri didn’t work after iRepair «fixed» it and they guy gave me a hard time when I took it back saying that it didn’t have anything to do with the screen replacement. He reluctantly took it and made Siri work (for about a week). I decided just to deal with it after that and not take it back to them. After the Apple Store repaired my screen the battery started acting up a couple of days later. With no questions asked, and with my phone being out of warranty, Apple replaced my phone with a brand new one. I guarantee you that iRepair will NEVER do something like this.
Do yourself a favor and AT LEAST walk into the Apple Store before settling on this place. Even if it IS more expensive, I don’t think it’s worth the hassle to save a few bucks.

They use cheap parts that don’t fit or work. I had them replace it twice in one week and finally went to apple to fix it. Ended up paying double since they wouldn’t refund it. It’s worth spending the extra $ 30 dollars to have it done by a professional

I paid $ 135 to get my screen for my iPhone 6 repaired. I went in a couple of days later to take advantage of the 30 day warranty that they offer because my screen was not set all the way on my phone and a lot of my buttons weren’t registering. I was met by this rude employee with terrible customer service and he told me that they could not help me because my temper glass screen protector had a small Nick in the corner and he said the warrantee did not cover physical damage even though I was just asking them to fix their mistake. The guy at the front desk was of absolutely no help to me and he didn’t even want to help. So after spending the $ 135 to get my screen fixed I ended up just getting a new phone instead of dealing with their mistake for the long haul. The employees name is Alvo by the way.

Vince was an awesome repair guy at irepair. He was very knowledgeable and even let us watch while he repaired my daughters phone. I recommend anyone who has a broken screen to come to irepair get it done

Got my screen repaired at the Kobey Swap Meet by this company. I was choosing between this stand and another one that was a couple booths down. Someone recommended the other booth to me but I went with iRepair because of the cheaper rate. 1 week later and I regret my decision. The screen was lagging and freezing everyday since the repair. In addition, 5 days later my phone fell off my couch on a carpet surface and cracked in TWO different spots… WITH A CASE ON IT. Instead of going straight to Unilocal!,I went on the company’s website and emailed the customer service contact listed. I explained the situation and mentioned the lag/​cracked screen… It has only been 2 weeks and so I figured they would try to do something to help out considering I just spent $ 80 on this repair… Haven’t heard from anyone since… Terrible CS! If someone had reached out to me to try to help in ANY way, I would be much more understanding but that has not happened so in the meantime, 1 star for iRepair.

Amazing service… Super fast! 30 day guarantee. We walked in the door and they replaced the LCD screen on my iPhone in less than 10 mins!

I had my phone fixed for the sole purpose of being able to turn it in at a phone provider. The guy that did the repair GUARANTEED me they would take it. Lo and behold, I took it the phone provider and they didn’t take it because the screen wasn’t installed properly saying it was too raised. Surely enough, two days later the screen stops responding to touch and the left side starts raising even more and chipped because of what seems a crooked installation. I drive all the way to their location, which is completely out of the way if you’re not from Eastlake, and they said that because it was chipped they could do nothing about it. Clearly if they had done their job properly this wouldn’t have been an issue. I should have paid the $ 109 to fix it at apple where they would have done it right! You live and learn, right? My advice: Go to Apple. For $ 30 more you’ll be guaranteed a factory fix!

I’ve repaired 3 different iPhone screens through irepair over the past few years and have had excellent service every time. They used to have a kiosk and now have a store near Vons off Birch Rd. I just repaired my iPhone 6 plus screen yesterday. Only took about a half hour so I just waited inside with my family. Kids enjoyed waiting there because they have a little kids corner with 2 iPads with games to play on. Hubby had the remote to the tv and was able to watch what he wanted on TV while waiting. Plus they have jolly ranchers and water for customers while waiting. Vince helped us and was great. Good customer service and speedy. It’s so convenient to have this location in Otay Ranch area. They also sell accessories like screen protectors, cases, cables, etc. I definitely recommend this place if you want to repair your phone screen.

Wonderful service! Helpful, friendly, and well priced. Took in an IPhone and IPad Mini to have the screens replaced. The service was quick and it carried a warranty. We also purchased a charging cord. Those carry a lifetime warranty.
