Very happy with Steve’s quick and great service. No one likes a broken screen and a bad LED and mine was just getting worse and worse to the point where I couldn’t barely use this app to find him. He turned my phone into almost brand new in only 20min! His prices are not the cheapest (perhaps because of his location) but his service and friendliness are worth it. Did a GREAT job with replacing the cracked glass on my iphone 5. Price was reasonable, service was excellent! He even gave me helpful tips and added a shield to help against future falls at no additional cost. Would highly recommend. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

The backstory: Overly excited to take a dip at Imperial Beach, I forgot that my iPhone 5S was in my pocket for about 4 minutes. I tried the rice remedy, but little did I know that the corrosive power of the ocean water had already inflicted irreparable damage.
The folks at Strictly Repairz tried valiantly to revive it, but resuscitation was out of reach. Thankfully, I had an old iPhone 5 at home that had a damaged frame and a post-​manufacturer screen that I had attempted unsucessfully to install before I purchased the now deceased iphone 5S. Steve had it working in an hour. All in all, they had my phones for 3 days. my total cost? $ 88.00 for work on TWO phones, and missing parts for the screen. From now on, I’ll be bringining all my mobile devices to Strictly Repairz!

Steven did a great job repairing the cracked screen of my iPhone 5 and discovered that my previous screen repair from 4 months ago (I go hard) was done incorrectly. He took a picture of the «before» upon opening up my phone and showed that a plate and three screws were gone. Looks like I have another Unilocal review to update after this one.
The repair took 30 minutes (!!!), no lines or waiting around other than parking in downtown La Jolla which is always pure joy. $ 75 plus tax came out to $ 81.

Valerie and Steven are fantastic at what they do and the service is first rate.
Workmanship and quality are second to none. So who doesn’t have a cracked screen or a broken phone, it happens to the best of us. This is my go to place from here on.
