It’s got a pretty good location in one of San Juan’s most touristic areas, Ashford St., so it’s a good place to stop if you’re in the area. I thought the food was pretty decent and reasonably priced. I ordered a large Numero Uno and it was delicious, but I’ve been much more impressed at other pizza places. I ate the pizza the next day as a leftover and it was night and day, yo. Out of respect to the business, I won’t write what it tasted like, so I’ll just say it wasn’t nearly as good left over as other pizzas. The service was the best part. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the server’s name, but he was excellent. He wasn’t pushy or rude and he check in with us at appropriate times.

Walking the street looking for good place for breakfast & lets just say that this was far from what we could even consider decent. I actually only ordered bacon thinking they couldn’t possibly mess it up & I was certainly WRONG. My bacon was definitely not fresh & was hard to chew. My partner had the French toast & said it was the worst ever. Take this as a warning & skip this place bc it’s just money well wasted.

First time at Uno Pizzeria. Had a total group of 4. Ordered Shrimp & Crab Dip appetizer(3⁄5), Deep Dish Chicken Spinaci(2.5÷5), Lemon Basil Salmon(4⁄5), and Uno Power Salad(3⁄5) for a total average rating of 3 stars. The server(Alexis) was attentive and memorized the whole order without writing down notes, he was knowledgeable with the menu as well… however, there are so many restaurants that are better priced and offer so much more flavor that I won’t recommend this restaurant to any of my friends. The only reason we came here to begin with is because Pinky’s(restaurant next door) was already closed. Go to Pinky’s instead.

The service was fine, the table was a little sticky, bathrooms a little crusty. I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza, came out with just the cheese. We paid with a credit card and the waiter brought a little card machine to the table, she then swiped our card and asked us how much we wanted to tip. Three stars because the pizza reminded us of chuckle cheese pizza and it took is back to that one time we won at skeeball. Update: I came back for dinner a few weeks ago and the atmosphere was different, everyone was very courteous and the staff was really attentive. If your missing the states I would recommend giving this place a shot, preferably in the evenings because it seems the staff is on point at that time.

When I ordered today, waitress pointed out that my order was the day’s special, so it included soup — nice service! Pizza was great, as was the pomegranate margarita. My wife’s broccoli chicken Alfredo was good(but u can do better, Uno!).

Service was great! Menu and ambiance reminds me of a sad Chili’s. We ordered the nachos because they were part of the happy hour special. It was okay. Chips, salsa, beans, and cheese. Perhaps there was meat, but I don’t remember tasting it. We shared an individual deep dish house pizza. Crust was disgusting and pizza was doughy. It was kinda hard to eat. Husband was able to eat it. I think pizza hut makes better pizza sadly. They don’t seem to have stands for deep dish for patrons. They bring it out and know it is super hot, but we had no way of not burning ourselves since the pizza dish was simply put on the table. What if I knocked it into my lap? Bad form guys. The one redeeming factor was the bread pudding. Delicious and perfectly paired with vanilla bean ice cream. Locals seem to congregate here for happy hour after work.

It’s Uno. It’s a family restaurant. It seems to be better than the one that I used to frequent in Revere, MA. The menu has some different offerings. Our waitress was nice but it takes a while to receive food.

Horrible service! Cold pizza which came very late — definitely the server was busy flirting around and let our food sit for so long — very disappointed and unhappy and not coming back :(I was so hungry :( We asked to warm up the remaining pizza after two slices so that we could eat atleast hot food… Let’s see what shape it comes out in… :( I wish I could do no star!

Very good food, good service, fair prices, parking is very difficult. Staff was right on the job. Read other Unilocal reviews and didn’t think that we were going to like it. But it’s surprisingly good. If you’re in San Juan, give it a shot.

No issues on the food and drinks, however service was horrible. There is a difference between«island time» and totally ignoring your customers. Our server stocked the bar, socialized with her girlfriend and ignored the paying guests. After waiting 30 minutes for her to come to our table after we finished our meals, we had to interrupt her socializing, then waited another 15 minutes for her to give us our check. Needless to say we won’t be back.

La comida es muy buena. El churrasco es sabroso, pero el servicio no es muy aquel. Hay meseros muy agradables, pero otros que son unos antipáticos. Si no les gusta sí trabajo que renuncien. Good is very good especially the churrasco, but the service is another thing. Most servers are nice and friendly, but others are not. If they don’t like their job they should quit.

This place was pretty good. Service was actually pretty fast unlike what the other Unilocalers were saying. Food was enjoyable. Overall, Nice experience!

Order a simple grilled chicken salad to find chicken was still raw in the middle. I’m not looking at getting sick on vacation. And the pizza was not cooked all the way cheese was not muted and cold.

Uno’s, you should be ashamed of yourself. That is not real Chicago deep dish nor is it pizza in general. I knew from the start a Chicagoan getting Chicago pizza in Puerto Rico was a bad idea, but it was late and nothing else was open. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni, which should be a fairly standard order, but what came out of the oven was a travesty — a reheated, haphazardly thrown together version of what you’d typically find in the grocery store.(Basically, they reheat the flash frozen cheese pizza and place toppings on top.) Uno’s, please don’t do this to the people of Puerto Rico. They need to experience the real deal, and when I return home, I’m only going to Lou’s or Giordano’s.

4 stars due to their cheap happy hours. 3.5 stars for the food. If you are visiting PR and need that American cuisine, can’t beat the prices here. I see all the negative reviews for the wait times and service but never experienced it. Sit at the bar and eat there, food comes out quick and your waiter/waitress is always around.

Restaurant 20% filled and the service was slowwwww. Food was pretty typical Uno’s fair. If you love Uno’s come here just expect to wait and wait and wait and wait some more.

About as bad as people say. Slow and apathetic service and yeah, wifi doesn’t work but not sure why that would really matter. Only came here because it was one of the few places open past 10pm. Food was standard Uno’s which is good. Unless you need a place after 10pm, I’d look elsewhere.

Well… I am from Chicago, and we needed a quick bite to eat on a Monday night at 11 pm. This was the only place in Condado that was still open, so we walked over. The pizza was actually decent, but the language barrier forced us to receive the incorrect toppings on our pizza. It was closing time, so we could not order another. Some of my friends also got the pizza cookie dessert, but claimed it tasted old. It was OK. Oh, the pizzas actually turned out cheaper than they would have in Chicago, so that’s a plus. 17 $ for 2 mediums.

We reluctantly entered Uno when we found our intended choice next door closed for remodeling. I have now been to Uno three times and the best I can say is that it is consistent — it has never failed to disappoint. A mediocre pepperoni pizza, they were out of my chosen beer, and a Wi-Fi that does not work do not make for a good experience. The courteous server did her best and the service was fast in spite of the full house, but we had to sit through the whole meal next to a long table that was never cleared. You can do better when you crave for pizza. ..

Oh, where to start? Our first mistake was to go there for Thanksgiving dinner. Yes, I know… But there was hardly anything open and I pizza was calling my name! Even though it was a slow night, service was very slow too. We walked in and were seated right away, but it took the server 10 minutees to aknowledge us and bring water. We ordered a bottle of wine. Turns out the poor thing was in training and the manager had to come over and show her the proper way to open the bottle. Then we had to laugh: no bucket of ice… a pitcher meant for water was used to keep our wine cold. Ah… the mirth… When the pizza finally arrived it was very greasy. Good portion, but g-r-eeeee-a-s-y. Dessert was good: chocolate brownie a la mode. Paid almost $ 70 fore mediocre food and subpar service. Eh. Never going there again.
