Cool place to chill. Laid back bar and karaōke for those who like that sort of thing. Great place to go before going out or to wind down and if you aren’t looking for anything fancy, just a great place to hang out period. Sunday fun days are hard to beat.

This is a Great local spot with live music in multiple rooms. Fun crowd, nice bartenders, and reasonable drink prices. I would definitely recommend a visit if live music is your thing

I love this place… I stay at the DoubleTree and if I want a good time, good music, and great food I go to Plan B. The staff are friendly and the prices are good. The pizza is great – no complaints. Often there’s karaōke and some nights the atmosphere is so electric that it’s not the typical karaōke: the music plays and _everyone_sings along. i just feel comfortable here and always visit when I’m in San Juan.

This place was recommended by our middle aged airbnb host. Our pedicab driver did not. We probably would have listened to pedicab dude as he was closer to our age, because this place was pretty disappointing. Drinks were not good, tasting watered down(or was that the Puerto Rican heat melting our cocktails too fast?) The bartender was not very friendly and the live music was bad. The place was sparsely patronized with young ones taking selfies. Meh. Never again.

Went in around 6:30PM for Happy Hour. It’s 5−11PM with $ 3 Medalla and $ 4 wine, mojitos, and Long Island iced teas. Vegetarian pizza was ok, nothing special. I was actually really disappointed that it wasn’t actually an English pub. Maybe it used to be and it didn’t work out so now this is plan b.

Girls, do not go to this place without guy friends. Specially after 2 a.m. There are a lot of desperate singles guys.

The concept of the place is amazing because is 5 different rooms with including a patio and a restaurant. Each room has its own vibe, feel, and music. The clientele is eclectic too. We went on a Thursday and felt out of place, people were either early 20s or 40/50s. We were early 30s. Also we ordered food and took them 30 mins to bring a salad. That is why I am giving them 3 stars

We walked in on a Sunday night, our id’s were checked. The place was dead. We stood at the bar. And stood. No one came up to us and asked if we needed to be seated, or wanted something to drink. My wife and I told ourselves we would give it 3 more minutes, and we stood there. And stood. Looking around. Thinking about a glass of wine, or a beer. And stood. And left. I can’t even say it was crappy service, as we got absolutely none.

Good food, good bar hangout. As with most places down here, the service sucks. Waiter forgot order, drinks and requests multiple times. Still waiting for him to return with my credit card 25 min later. I really like this place but when the service is better at chilis, you know there’s a problem.

Went to their website. $ 25 wine caught my eye. I figured I could chow down on an appetizer and drink a bottle of wine. Unilocal reviews say there is live music, an older crowd. Why Not? No. Just… no. How did I allow myself to stay there for even an hour? I should have walked out when I saw the photograph of the Flatiron Building. No, no, no! Ugh, are they really playing Nirvana? Well, I stayed for a bit. Our waitress told us we would be getting some sampler which consisted of wings, cheese balls, and other pub grub. Instead, we received some wannabe antipasto(5 pieces of tiny, burnt bread covered with either dry chicken, shitty sundried tomatoes, or mushrooms… and then covered in melted cheese). Somehow we didn’t realize this and ate the shitty food anyway because we were hungry. The entire atmosphere of this bar sucked. Perhaps its better on the weekends? Question: Why is the name of this bar ‘Plan B’? Great name for a bar with an 18-year-old crowd.

I’ve never eaten here… only gone out at night to drink and hang with friends. Plan B is a pretty good size place with multiple rooms and bars. It plays a lot of rock and other top 40 music. The prices are decent and the place gets jam packed with people on the weekend. This is a great place to go with a group of friends and drink, sing and just let loose on the weekend. There isn’t really much seating so be ready to stand and act a fool with your peeps all night long…

A British-themed pub that plays a variety of good rock music and has live rock and cover bands. Draws an older crowd than El Bar Bero(next door), lots of adult professionals as well as folks in their 20’s and 30’s. The pizza is supposed to be good, but I haven’t tried it. There are two separate bars — the area near the stage is loud and crowded if there’s a band playing, and there’s usually a band at night, but there’s a smaller bar area that’s slightly quieter. The place is packed on weekends and is very narrow so it gets cramped quickly. The décor is bright red paint outside and as trim(reminiscent of a British phonebooth) and exposed brick inside with a variety of music posters.
