Very pricey, but the buffet is a solid 4 star — great variety, plentiful and they keep clean and well stocked. Our server Yolanda was wonderful. But a very nasty«malcriada» hostess and an understaffed establishment, unprepared for the crowd, detracts from the $ 28 pp buffet + tax. Some people should not be in hospitality business. Otherwise, I wouldve ranked it higher. Its a Hilton, no place for street fighters(jaquetones as we call them here…).

Good breakfast buffet! Came here on a Sunday around 11:30am and it was a 30 minute wait for a table. The restaurant seemed only 70% full so I’m not really sure why the wait was so long. But once we were seated the waitstaff was great! Our waiter(Walter) was very attentive and friendly. The buffet had good food but a limited selection for $ 25 per person(in my opinion). There were 5 hot food items and an omelet & Belgium waffle station. Cold food included fruit, breads, and cereal. I heard from other patrons that the only other restaurant that serves breakfast at this hotel was not so great(the Italian one next door). I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast to other Caribe Hilton guests for the convenience, service, and food.

The hostess, Marisol, was consistently pleasant and even had great recommendations for things to do on the island. The best value is to order off the menu, in my opinion. We never ate enough off the buffet to justify $ 25 per person. Service was touch and go. Most days servers seemed troubled to have to pay any attention to customers. We had one or two really good servers during our week stay. The rest of our waiters/waitresses acted put out, especially when we chose the menu over the buffet. I loved the convenience of this place since it is inside the Caribe Hilton but it’s significantly overpriced, especially for those who eat healthy portion sizes, even on vacation. For the money, I also expect better service.

Very expensive breakfast buffet around 25 dollars. If you are hilton gold or diamond you can trade your vouchers in and 10 dollars. Omelettes are good. Most of fruit had seen better days. Juices, milk, coffee tea and pastries included. Worth 10 but not 25 dollars. Pancakes, bacon and sausage too. You can sit inside or outside. Continental breakfast in Italian place is lame.

LOVELOVE the lemonade. Just something about it was different. I think it’s really lime-ade but I had to order it everyday we stayed in the Hilton. Yeah, it’s the small things that make me happy. Also, liked the Oasis hamburger. The menu states that it has bacon, but we had to remind our waitress twice to included it. But, highly recommend it because it’s meaty and the bun is soft.

This restaurant is inside the Caribe Hilton complex. There was a short wait to get seated at 9:30am. The breakfast buffet was $ 25 and included a large selection consisting of pastries, fruits, waffles, pancakes and eggs made to order. The $ 25 buffet isnt expensive, but adds up quickly. As with all buffets, it is good value if you want a high volume breakfast. We also ordered from the menu. The $ 14 frittata(italian omelette) plate was freshly made, well-prepared and reasonable portioned if you didnt want to gorge at the buffet. Our servers was older, experienced and provided to-go cups for coffee. Overall this was a treat compared to Il Giardino next door. But my nod goes to Tropical Restaurant across the street. See my other reviews.

Very good breakfast buffet conveniently located in the hotel. More of a selection than the other buffet at the italian restaurant.

We were greeted by a less than friendly hostess Marisol but this was forgotten with the greeting of the wonderful man who was very attentive and quick to bring coffee and waters. The restaurant was very clean and the omelets are made to order with a variety of ingredients to choose from. The selection was wonderful and the food was very tasty. I highly recommend having some pancakes no matter what you get. Coffee was less that great but not terrible! Definitely visiting there again.

Went here for the breakfast buffet. You have two options — the Hilton buffet which is $ 25, which includes omelettes, and the continental, which is $ 15 and doesn’t include omelettes. They both include cereals, yogurts, coffees, juices, pancakes, bacon, sausages, fruit, all that good breakfast food. I got a plate of fruit, pancakes, greek yogurt, nuts, an omelette with peppers, tomatoes, cheese, jalapenos, and onions, which was delicious and filled me up. Definitely seemed like it was worth the buffet deal. I also enjoyed Palmeras because you have a perfect view of the beach/pool area, and it’s just gorgeous… seriously I fell in love with this view while staying at the Hilton. Waiters were also attentive, though they pushed me kind of hard to order the buffet instead of order a single item…

Good breakfast buffet, lots of pastry and fruit options, also have make to order omelets as well as hot food section that includes eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and potatoes. There’s also fresh made Belgium waffles and different coffee options. Cost is typically in the $ 25 to $ 30 range, which is a lot for a hotel breakfast, but with HHonors it’s $ 10.
