This is a nice addition to Dogswamp shopping centre, we were in desperate need of a bakery!
It’s a great bakery that serves its purpose, nice sausage rolls and pies as well as muffins and other baked goods. I like their fresh rolls and wraps too and they aren’t expensive at all. I’ve also had fresh juice there which is delicious.
The staff are always friendly and happy and I like to pop in for something on the weekend. They used to do fresh bread but they’ve stopped that which is a shame and their coffee isn’t the greatest which is why they lost a star from me! Otherwise a good place for a hangover breakfast :)

Ham and cheese croissants for a morning breakfast. Yumo. Great little patisserie on the corner of the Dog Swamp shopping centre. With room inside to have sit down snack.
My mouth was watering at sights and smells of the beautiful cakes, pastries and coffee.
So a big thumbs up to Central Patisseries.

When you walk in you will feel hungry as everything looks totally delicious. They have a fantastic range of filled rolls, cakes and great pastries. The staff are very warm and attentive and they also have a great selection of coffees from which to choose from. If you have been over charged at other shops for ordinary food and service you would find central patisseries a welcome change. For $ 2.00 for an absolutely delicious croissants you have to definitely come and find out for yourself why this is my new slice of bakery heaven.
