Best early morning meal in subi… maybe the only one available? Not great, but hey at 2am it’s going to taste bloody fantastic!

This kebab shop is one of the few — actually, probably the only — kebab shop to have earnt the coveted(maybe) yet slightly shameful(definitely) accolade of having been visited by me twice in one night. I know. Let me explain. After a few early evening drinks in Subi we were all a little peckish and in need of some serious stomach lining. We just wanted something quick and easy, so to Kebabways we headed, and quick and easy it indeed was. The kebab was — well, a kebab. Not as greasy as some, it definitely hit the spot. Then off we went to some bar or other to drink and dance etc etc. Some hours later, we left to get the train home and found that we had an hour wait. Well, what else to do but satisfy our late night alcohol-fuelled appetites? Back to Kebabways we went, this time opting for a massive pizza. There was a little bit of a wait, which we filled by chatting to randoms in the queue. We got our pizza and got onto the train — the transport officers were clearly jealous of our big tasty pizza(for tasty it was), and asked where we got it from so they could get a snack later. That’s another good thing about Kebabways — it’s open much later than most places at the weekend. So if you’re in Subi and are in search of some late night crappy food, I heartily suggest Kebabways.
