This place has changed hands a couple of times in the last year or so. I went in here for a chips. When I entered the guy behind the counter didn’t even look up, he just continued to play on his phone. After an awkward 45 – 60 second silence he finally decided that he would take my order. I ordered the small chips and when they arrived they were so small that I could fit them all on my sandwich when I got home. I had specifically asked for very little salt to be put on them but when I got home there was that much salt I nearly didn’t eat them but was so hungry I had to. The guy that originally owned this when I first moved to this area was such a nice guy and his small portion(which by the way was cheaper than the current price) was huge compared to the size I received here 2 weeks ago. Will definitely not be returning until such time as it changes hands again or the staff learn some manners and how to listen.

We stop here about once a month to grab a kebab. We find them to be delicious, and have never been soggy at all.

I’ve been to Zafer Kebabs on two separate occasions the first for a craving of french fries and sour cream and the second of course for a Kebab! On my first visit the fries were gold brown, crunchy and hot on the inside just like I like them and then I remembered I wanted sour cream so I passed back my packet for the guy behind the counter to glaze the fries with the delicious sauce but unfortunately they were rather smothered and drenched and the crunchy fries that I had loved from the first bite became sog and were ruined. On my second visit I got a vegetarian kebab which was a delight but once again it was so soggy from all the watered down sauces that by the end of my meal my plate resembled a soup. The taste is delicious but if you eat here be sure to tell them to go easy on the sauce unless you like soggy kebabs.
