Chef Debby is a Private Chef and special event catering business. We specialize in Seasonal, Gourmet-​Healthy Cuisine. From elegant to casual, our job is to provide outstanding food along with top notch service so that you can relax and enjoy being a guest at your own party. Special dietary requests are not a problem.

History

Established in 2005.

Debby Poe went to the Westlake Culinary Institute in 2004 and earned her Professional Cooking Degree. She also earned her Certificate of Personal Chef through the Culinary Business Academy Course of Study back in May of 2005. She is Safe-​Serv Certified and a member of the American Private & Personal Chef Association.

I am a passionate foodie and mother of two teenage boys.

I have enjoyed cooking for as long as I can remember. Creating menus and coming up with new recipes are some of my favorites past times. I also love food photography and going to great restaurants with my peeps. Wine is my favorite alcoholic beverage. Artichokes are my favorite vegetable. The ocean is my favorite place to visit especially in Hawaii and the Caribbean. Cooking is an on going learning process and my goal is to challenge myself and improve my skills in every way possible to become the best chef I can be.
