History

Established in 2001.

The Steve Quanstrom Group’s real estate journey began in 2001, and has been a fantastic voyage ever since. Steve Quanstrom came in to real estate from the retail management world, and brings with him his marketing and sales expertise. He graduated California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo with a degree in Marketing, and it shows when the team goes to work with home sellers! His oldest son Matt also brings a great deal of sales and marketing experience in to the fold, furthering the team’s ability to help their clients navigate the adventure of a real estate transaction.

Steve Quanstrom is a bay area native, and an East Bay resident since 1980. Steve graduated Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo with a degree in business marketing.

Before real estate, Steve had a successful career in retail management with both The Good Guys, and Best Buy. Initiating a career change Steve dove head first into real estate in 2001 and never looked back. Becoming a top tier performer, Steve finds great joy in bringing a premier level of service to his clients in the Walnut Creek, CA and surrounding areas.

Steve is a huge bay area sports fan, it can be difficult to find a time where he does not know what is going on with professional sports here in northern california. And when he does get some free time, he’s on a golf course somewhere!
